Jb weld wtf are you doin?

Went to the auto parts store and grabbed the jb weld that’s able to stand some heat. Said it was perfect for exhaust pipes or manifolds too which is so funny, this shit is melting away from a simple drive, wasn’t even hammering my truck ❄️😭 I’m probably going to just buy a new y pipe so I don’t have to deal with this again.

I saw this truck for sale near me. Can anyone guess what type of Toyota this is? There were no badges on the back to tell the model and I haven’t gotten a response from the seller yet either. Any help would be appreciated!

Photo What year and trim level is this S-10?

Post image

Beautiful truck I’ve been passing every couple of days on my way to work. I love S-10s and this one is in great shape with a great two tone paint scheme.

I’ve never seen that trim package though on one of these. And the good condition and top lights make me think it’s a service truck special trim level or maybe these are aftermarket?

Help a truck fan out if you can, thanks!

inflated sticker price + 70 month loan = glub glub glub Tundra, Silverado, Sierra lead the vehicles with the most negative equity

1 in 3 trade-ins have under water loans as of mid 2026, an average of about $7k. The models most often varying high negative equity are:

  • Toyota Tundra ~$9k, average model year being traded in 2022
  • Chevy Silverado 1500 ~$8.5k, 2023
  • GMC Sierra 1500 ~$8.5k, 2021
  • Ford F-150: $8.4k, 2021

another source is this Detroit Free Press article (sans paywall)

Interestingly, the vehicles traded in the soonest (ignoring luxury vehicles which dominate that statistic).

  • MINI Clubman/Countryman/Hartop: ~11.4%
  • Mitsubishi Mirage G4: ~8.6%
  • Mazda CX-70: ~7.2%
  • Hyundai Sonata / CX-90 / Santa Cruz: ~6.4%
  • Toyota GR Corolla: ~6.3%
  • Jeep Cherokee: ~6.3%

Ford F-150 Tailgate Suddenly Won’t Close Properly

My Ford F-150 tailgate has started acting up and won’t latch properly. I’m not sure if it’s the latch itself or the cables causing the issue. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Hello I have a scrap metal yard and I recently got several boxes of this piece and several other. This piece has magnetic ends (v band and t4? Flange)
It’s a wash for the customer as he cannot get 304 stainless steel prices because of the magnetic and coating. Anyway I’m a fan of getting new things in the scrap and selling them for just over scrap price. I meet new people and them getting a deal is a great way to start a relationship. Anyway if someone could properly identify this part it will most likely make a few people happy.
