Confused Late period after first cycle trying? Not pregnant
Just wondering if anyone else has run into this or if timing is just very weird for me…
First round of trying to conceive last month. Currently on day 48 of my cycle, but have tested negative 5 times for pregnancy. Will go to the doctor of course, but am just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them? Seems so strange that my cycles were very regular right up until trying to conceive.

Confused Cycle day 32….
Live laugh love PCOS… this is my first cycle off of birth control after using Provera to induce my period… I got a solid smiley one day eight of my cycle with the clear blue advanced digital ovulation test. Baby danced that whole week. Fast forward to this week, I thought I was getting my period as I have been crampy and my tests have been negative. Took both tests for shits and giggles and got the most solid LH test I’ve ever gotten with an easy at home test and I am very very negative pregnancy test. Either I didn’t ovulate earlier in the month, even though I had a rise in my BBT after my expected ovulation, or something fun is going on. Anybody else love being stressed out by all of these hormonal tests?

Confused 3 days no period.
I’m 32F and have been trying to conceive for 3 months now. I haven’t got my period yet this month and am 3 days late. I only have a little bit of pink discharge but it’s only a little little bit but not every time I go to clean up after a wee. I have tested with 3 different types of test and all came back negative.
Could I be pregnant or is it just my period taking it sweet time to make it’s self known?

BFP! 🎉 Still processing this! First positive on DPO 14
I genuinely cannot believe I'm writing this! We're in our first month of TTC, and I got my positive! 😭❤️
I tracked ovulation with easy@home LH strips, ovulated on CD20, and we BD'd on CD18. I genuinely thought we'd missed this cycle and wasn't expecting this at all!
I dismissed all my symptoms - cramps, tender breasts, headaches, fatigue for the past 4-5 days because last month I had similar symptoms that turned out to be a delayed period, and I hadn't tracked ovulation then. I thought it was just another confusing cycle and hence waited until CD34 to take the pregnancy test and here I am, staring at those two pink lines that lit up in seconds! 🥹
I am still awaiting my beta-hCG blood test results (hoping it's not a false positive 🫣🤞🏻) and would love any early-pregnancy/first trimester tips.🤞🏻
To all my fellow TTC mamas still waiting, please keep the faith. Every journey is different, and I'm sending you all so much love and strength! ❤️

Help When did I actually ovulated? Tell me your thoughts
According to FF I’m 4DPO, but how sure are they? Because BBT can increase in 1 - 3 days after ovulation.
I’m hopping I’m further along in DPOs because if FF app is right, I only would have a 9 days luteal phase, and I’m scared that is not enough time to conceive.
My cycle is generally 28 days.
Last month I had 14 days luteal phase, but this month I ovulated later than normal.
I tracked with ClearBlue advanced OPK and basic LH strips, and cervical mucus.

Trigger Warning omg 🥹
I feel so unbelievably lucky 🥹 Barely barely there but a digital caught it after we thought we saw something on the first ones.
Cycle 5 and came after a month of some less favorable results from the doctor, i’m in so much shock.

Help I need advice
F27 here
I apologize for my poor English.
My partner and I really want to have a child. However, my menstrual cycles are unpredictable; they sometimes last 40 or even 50 days, and rarely 35. I’ve booked a gynecological appointment, but I have to wait another two months, as the wait times in my country are quite long. I suspect I might have PCOS.
Do you have any advice on what I could do before the appointment—perhaps regarding how to regulate my cycles or anything else?
Literally eryone around me is pregnant - cousins, friends, colleagues, everyone!
While I’m happy for them, I am also feeling quite sad for me...
I really really really want to get pregnant soon

Question/Advice How should I start preparing for my TTC journey?
My partner and I haven't really gotten serious about preparing for it and I want to now but don't know where to start. We say we've been trying for months but the most I've done tracking wise is guesstimate using my period app. I don't think it's that accurate tho because my cycle is very irregular and I also have medical conditions that might and probably is affecting it. For context I have PCOS and diabetes and I'm considered obese BMI scale wise for my height. I know one of the things I need to do is try to lose weight but it's so hard to try and figure out where and how to start with so much info and/or Ai in your face while using a search engine. I'd very much appreciate any advice like any supplements, OPK brands, habits, weight loss related stuff or anything that can help me get started on this path. Thank you very much for any insight.

Confused CD41, no period, still neg
I've had a successful open myomectomy last March 2026. At the 6th month mark post surgery, we were officially given the go signal to start trying for a baby. My doctor prescribed letrozole, and after an ultrasound check 10 days later, a 12mm follicle was observed. We did everything the doctor told us to do and more. I began feeling PMS symptoms a week before my supposed cycle but the week has come and gone with no blood, nor a positive test. Right now, I'm 15 days delayed, still with the cramps, back aches, and feeling like I want to puke-always hangry...Before my myomectomy, my cycle was always on time so this feeling is completely new to me. I told my doctor about this and she just told me to take another test. I took one yesterday and it's still negative. I haven't updated her yet.

Venting Been here for 6 mos TTC..
My husband and i have been trying to have a baby for the past 7 months (6 cycles due to infection impacting one of them) and we have never received a true positive test (had one false positive on a blue dye test) and we were taking prenatal, vitamins, eating healthy, and all the fun stuff. We’re 28 years old and i cant help but feel old…
We just finished our sixth cycle and I’m now on my period. We decided to move forward with purchasing a house, and as a result, we’ve decided to put the TTC journey on hold for a few months to get more money saved up.
Im so heartbroken that we have to wait, but there’s genuinely no way we could have a baby before we move into this new place which is planned for Dec 2027.
Everyone keeps telling me “oh maybe this is why you couldn’t get pregnant because you had other things waiting for you” because there’s no way we would’ve moved forward with this purchase if j WAS pregnant.. but, knowing that its taken me six tries to get negative after negative after negative, I’m worried that its going to take even longer once we decided to start up again. And i know a few months isnt so long, but it also just breaks my heart even more to think that my 2027 baby is now looking like a 2028 baby. 🤧

Excited! First 3 positive OPKs!!
Hey! I frequent this thread often, so I just had to make this post and celebrate. This is my first cycle with 3 positive lh tests! This is my third cycle trying and my second using opks. Last month, I only had one positive test: used FMU and had a positive, and I tested at night and had a negative. This month, I’ve done the same; testing in the morning and at night before bed, so I’ve been testing positive last night, this morning, and tonight.
I got my Cooper IUD out back in August, and I read that it can take 3 months for the body to stabilize and go back to its baseline hormones. Maybe that’s happening? Maybe it’s baby month! I’m more hopeful than I have been!!
