My doctor counts any bleeding as CD1 so you should be fine but just give them a call and double check!

I would say Do not cancel the appointment yet.call your clinic and check with the nurse.Fertility nurses deal with irregular starting dates daily and prefer patients call to confirm how the clinic specifically counts CD1. Continue to monitor if the bleeding turns into a heavy flow over the next 24 hours.If the doctor determines it was false-alarm spotting, the clinic will simply adjust the medication start date and push back the CD10 ultrasound accordingly.
