Equipment First solid meal of the day for a later WL session I guess
Didn't get a session in earlier but definitely lack of calories later shouldnt be an issue.

32 yr old female. I’m told I stick my butt out/up too much when I back squat, and it gets worse the closer I get to 90 degrees. So now I’m stopping before I get to 90. Will I still get progress if I’m not squatting low enough? When I tuck my pelvis forward/under, my hips prevent me from lowering down to 90. I also have scoliosis in my lower back so I don’t know if that also makes me stick my butt out as well, or I’m just compensating for tight hips. My weight is centered in the middle of my feet. I tried using the chair to just squat until my butt hits the chair, sit for half a second, and go back up, but I struggle to get back up with the weight I was squatting. Currently at 75lbs back squat.

Why? What does it do that the apps on the market don’t do? How do your athletes give feedback or log their results?

Not much to say here other than I'm trying to learn something new. This was about the heaviest weight I could tolerate from the power position dip into snatch

130 kg PR. I def rushed into this weight a bit, and I really didn’t want to fail the lift, so it ended up being an extremely difficult rep (lost stability in the back, lost elbow positioning etс). I never want to repeat something like this—I’m just curious, how dangerous was this grind? (I have little experience here, I’ve always tried to avoid situations like this)

Anyone have recommendations for good athletic tape? I use it to wrap my thumbs for hook grip and the stuff I've been getting off Amazon has slowly gotten worse over the years, doesn't stay on longer than 1-3 sets. Walmart's options are just as shitty. Had some decent tape from Garage Strength with a different bundle from them once but buying 3 is so expensive especially with shipping being about as much as the product itself. Similar stuff at Dick's is about $20 for one roll. I am on a budget but willing to spend reasonable money on the good stuff, just want to find the good stuff
