Everyone knows Doug Christie is a bad coach. We saw it last season, but I never thought he was this bad. I mean, you have two healthy All-Stars in Sabonis and LaVine, and you still don’t know how to win or even seem like you’re trying to win games. I mean, every game feels like the G League vs. the NBA. It’s that bad.

Doug Christie is a bad coach. If we’re going to waste this season, just like every Kings fan knows we might, please waste it on a learning season. Make it a building season.

Hire a hungry, young, smart coach. Not an “all heart” coach. Hire an up-and-coming coach to build this team. Christie had his shots, and he’s just not cut out for it. Stop hiring coaches who have already had their shots. Give young and deserving coaches a chance. G League coaches can outcoach Christie.

This isn’t a rant or anything. I just realized that Christie is really a funny coach. A joke of a coach. I remember teams trying to say they were tanking last season, only for an NBA report to basically suggest
that we just had a dumb coaching team. LOL.

This team isn’t tanking. This team is just bad. Scott Perry is bad, too. Look, this team needs to be at least competitive to avoid being a bottom-three team, but he still goes out and talks like he’s done something awesome. Scott Perry is an outdated GM. We need to hire young guns. Just look at Boston and OKC. Fresh minds.

I have been a Kings fan since my late grandfather took me to a game in 4th grade, and have watched this team consistently since I got my first taste of NBA basketball.

This team is all I know in regards to being a consistent fan. Yeah, I watched the Warriors in the peak years, and hopped on that wagon. Yada Yada Yada, it was fun basketball to watch. At the time.

When do WE as fans in the Sacramento area stop though? Stop going to games? Stop supporting an organization where the FO has made countless bad decisions during pivotal moments in the franchise's history... I know people enjoy the game, but I am a firm believer that there shouldn't be anyone donating to this failure of an owner, and poorly managed franchise. You're paying for a product that simply isn't there. No identity. No heart. Hell, I didn't even see any urgency or effort whatsoever in San Antonio tonight. It makes upset, and I only wish the best.

This all being said, I am giving this team 10 games. I am hoping for the best, but with the current injuries and lack of anything consistent, and seemingly little to no leadership, I am not holding my breath...

TLDR: Can we stop supporting Vivek? Can we make HIM feel the pain whatsoever where it hurts most? (His wallet) Maybe make the fool leave and make this feel like a bad investment? Make him believe it is... Even for a few months. Bro will sell it, and move onto something else to ruin.

Obviously most things about this team are frustrating, but I absolutely HATE that every single time Sabonis makes a mistake he instantly turns and is yelling at a teammate. Zero accountability. Everything is someone else’s fault with this guy. Pay attention next game and you’ll see him do it many times. He is a terrible teammate, sucks that he’s also by far our best player

This season rookie class is living up to the hype thus far. Yaxel and Boozer fill up the stat sheet, Caleb killing it on both ends and Acuff is an elite scorer. This is going to be good.

This is absurd. I know this isn’t a good team and they wouldn’t be doing much anyways, but Doug has no idea what he is doing and it’s embarrassing. Love what he’s done for the Kings, but this is going to quickly destroy his legacy. He is the worst coach in the nba. His strategy is “just go out there and play” and that might work in high school, but this is the NBA.

Yeah we suck, but at least this guy is hitting 3s.

I'm tired of every team having career shooting nights against us. Of course our defense is ass, but at this point, it's mental for every other team out there. They see the Kings on the schedule, they know they're in for a good shooting night. NOT. ANYMORE.

My solution is simple, and I've been saying it for years. We need one of our players to punch an opposing player in the dick when they go for a 3. I'm talking wind up and jam that boy muscle back into their body. Of course they'll be suspended and there will be fines, but the team should cover it for the changes that will happen. From now on, the other team will have to worry about getting punched in the dick when they go up for a shot. They're not having career nights with that in the back of your mind! I nominate Keegan, I think he'd pull off quiet guy silently building his rage until he snaps.
