• Batman (with prep time or without prep time)
• Captain America
• A Silverback gorilla

If even one person on the entire subreddit mentions any of these characters (or clear variations like “Mike”, “Bats”, “Cap”, “gorilla”, etc.) in a fight thread during those 24 hours, the demon kills every single member of the subreddit.

Can the subreddit survive the day?

• Mentions in titles, body text, or comments all count.
• Trying to sneak it in with typos (“Mike Tysen”, “Bat-man”, “Silver back”) still counts.
• The demon has perfect knowledge of intent.

Who wins?

Can an armoured and armed man defeat a 1500kg monster from the distant past?

Both start at opposite ends of the ship with basic knowledge of each other. Vader has his lightsaber and the Force. Magneto has his powers and whatever metal is on the ship, which is a lot. Win by death or incapacitation. I think Magneto takes it but Vader's telekinesis might counter the metal control in ways people overlook.

The idea is which set of wizards is stronger in magical prowess. So the scenario is members of the Gatewatch (assume none have lost their sparks) arrive in the world of darkness in the early 2000s.

The Technocracy attempt to wipe out these foreign wizards who don’t operate the same way.

I don’t know if either side will end up much stronger as I am not very familiar with the World of Darkness, so this easily could be a stomp. If the technocracy is losing assume they escalate to their highest responses, potentially including an alliance of super natural groups such as what happened during the week of nightmares.

Imagine every single person on Earth being forced into a massive 1v1 single-elimination tournament. Matchups are completely random, no weapons allowed, just hand-to-hand combat. Everyone is fully healed and rested after each fight, so injuries and fatigue don't carry over.

It would take around 33 rounds to crown the winner.

• The mafias, villains and Gotham police know that Batman is gone, they have to kill him.
