I've been playing off and on since launch. My characters are almost always morally ambiguous, always driven more by curiosity than a set of morals, good or bad. More in it for the rewards than anything else. Consequently, I find self usually playing either Khajit or Dunmer, and always female.
I've gone all the way through the civil war questline maybe once without mods. That was a long time ago. I chose Imperial back then, because Ulfric is endlessly problematic, and Inlove the idea of Skyrim having a High Queen instead of a king. (Girl power, late stage 90s feminism, and all that.)
This time, I want to join the Stormcloaks, just for a change of pace, but I can't think of a good reason why a female Khajit Dragonborn would go along with Ulfric and his nonsense.
I've read arguments for both sides in this forum, and have seen some good posts! But I'm still having trouble. Besides the fact that his voice is earth-shatteringly AMAZING, what logical reason could I give my endlessly curious Khajit for joining Ulfric and his band of malcontents?
(Right now, Khajit is a vampire, leader of the thieves' guild, the Listener, and the Archmage. She plans and n finishing up with the companions when she is done with the vampires, killing Alduin, and finally heating the Nlack Knight before retiring. She is also a mother of two and may or may not have a thing for saucy, living shelving units.)
