This is PM urine… I’m trying not to freak out. This is our second cycle trying.

10 DPO stark negative last night on both brands and I began brown spotting and pretty usual with before my period too. I have short cycles 10 day luteal.

The spotting was minimal this morning and I took an easy at home thinking it be negative with an LH just to be sure. Edit: my LH ratio was 0.29

Welp saw a faint freaking line at the easy at home. Ran to target bc I thought I was out. Took a FRER with a 2 hour hold and it was semi dilute. And there’s a freaking pink line.

You’re not out til you’re out. TTC #2 cycle 3.

Not too many symptoms. Smelled cough drop from a mile away yesterday and achy hips. Boobs just feel heavy not sore.

Literally shaking. Cautiously optimistic. My first pregnancy was ectopic and got a positive at 11 dpo. I knew something was wrong and demanded betas when the lines weren’t getting darker. Treated with MTX and 3 months later pregnant again at 10 DPO with good progression lines. Hoping this is a sticky one again.

CD 32, officially first day of missed period, and today is 15dpo.
I had been getting faint lines on several Pregmate hcg tests (cd 28,28,30,31) but all negatives on my FRER tests.

I was getting really confused and a bit frustrated, so yesterday I ordered myself an hcg blood test through the lab. Results come today.

Yesterday, a friend asked if my prenatal had biotin in it, and it does—I skipped it last night (so my last prenatal was Sunday 9:30pm) and today I tested with FMU.
These tests are wet and within the 3-5 minute frame for pictures.

I had NO idea that biotin could give me false negatives for days and days and days. I spent so much money 😭😭

My partner says he “can’t see the lines” and I’d love some validation that others can see what I can.

This has been my second pregnancy since ttc in Feb, I had one chemical pregnancy back in May which was my first awareness of that even being a concept (I saw the positive test and thought that was it - I have a 2.5yo son who I conceived first time and had no issues with that pregnancy). It has then taken me until September/October to conceive again and although I was worried initially it could be another chemical, I thought line development looked good. Has anyone else using these tests had stronger development/ do they look abnormal? I ask as miscarried at 25 DPO, the day I had my strongest test yet. Also worried that being 37 (nearly 38) this is now reflective of the quality of my eggs so concerned that I won't be able to have a successful healthy pregnancy/ baby. I am desperate for my son to have a sibling and it makes me so sad to think of a scenario in which he doesn't. Any positive stories after 2 miscarriages, especially from people over 35 I would be very grateful to hear. I really thought this one was healthy and going ahead so don't think I'll ever trust the tests or myself to believe it is actually happening again. Feel very demoralised at the idea of starting over 😩

Hey all! I've always appreciated looking at progression posts to see if anyone has had a similar experience to me, so I figured I'd add mine to the mix.

I took my first test on 10 DPO and thought I saw a shadow. I proceeded to take two more throughout the day. They all looked similar but I convinced myself they were negative and that it was pointless to retest. I caved on 11 DPO in the afternoon and thought I saw another shadow. Finally, on 12 DPO I got what felt like my first official positive test! I tested again on 14 DPO and my heart dropped. The line looked almost identical to 12 DPO. I've had a chemical before, so I panicked and called my OB office to request betas. My 14 DPO hcg came back at 71. It seems pretty average, but I swear I only see the extreme highs and lows here on reddit. I tested again on 16 DPO and my test looked sooo much darker! I had my 2nd hcg draw that day and it came back at 182.7. It rose nicely, with a doubling time of 35 hours! I think my number is still average, but things are looking good for now. My retests on 18 and 20 DPO have looked stronger and stronger, so I think it's time to officially stop testing and trust my body to do its thing.

All of this to say, things can start out kind of slow before picking up speed. I know there's test variation and all of that but my 14 DPO test looked so light and really threw me off. It also really sucked looking on here and seeing so many 14 DPO tests that looked way darker than mine! Hopefully sharing this will help reassure others in a similar boat.

2 years TTC and nothing

Trying to hold in my excitement and hope we get darker and darker lines!

I just found out super early(8DPO squinter, 9DPO definite) that I am pregnant again after a 10.5week miscarriage earlier this summer due to Triploidy and 18 months of a complicated road previously including Ashermans and another loss at 6 weeks.

I track BBT and OPKs meticulously so I am certain of my dates. My RHR the last few days has been racing, and I’ve had quite a lot of cramps which is what prompted the early tests. I could not believe it when I watched multiple tests over the course of yesterday at 8dpo getting darker; then confirmed this morning with a definite 9dpo positive (attached).

This was our second round of trying after the miscarriage and two hysteroscopies to clear this summer, I can’t believe i’m watching the tests get darker, I truly never thought that i’d get to see that again.

For now I’m cautiously optimistic, I spent the last pregnancy terrified and I don’t want to do that again.

Hoping and praying this is my lucky third and I get
to bring this baby earth side ♥️

I’m like testing almost everyday with strip tests & I’ll pull a FR out every few days.
I have a 5 week ultrasound on Halloween!

Is this too faint? I took 3 tests — all have faint lines but this one is most noticeable in a picture.

Looks like the control line is getting lighter now on FRER so I think we’ve got the beginnings of a dye stealer!

Here to say that negative in the morning of 10dpo is not the end of your journey !!!!

As i was one of the people frantically looking for negative 10dpo tests turned positive in the same day , i felt i had to do this post to give hope.

This is our 4th cycle trying after our MMC in December 2025 for baby #2 . My ovulation was correctly found and at 10dpo i had a clear blue early detection in the morning and i was devastated it was stark white couldn't even make a shadow line to give me some hope.

Went into work really pissed off, and as i was sitting there i felt some twitches on my right ovary, which was similar to what i felt in my last 2 pregnancies. By lunch time i got into a huge fight with my manager - that got me so emotional and had to leave for my lunch break crying in sobs.

My mind was like wait, twitches & super emotional could only mean one thing. I got home and had a test right then and it was a very faint positive !!!!! Line progressed nicely and im now 14dpo!!

For some reason I haven’t felt super confident about this pregnancy. It is my second pregnancy and it was a bit of a surprise. I didn’t get a positive until a lot later in my cycle compared with my first pregnancy so it just felt different, I think I was around 13 DPO when I got my first positive whereas last pregnancy I was only 8 DPO so I think it just felt like because it happened so late maybe it wasn’t going to be viable. But now seeing my dye stealer just 8 days after the first faint positive I think I’m starting to feel like it’s real and I’m getting more excited now.

Top test is from 2 days ago (19DPO) and bottom is from today.

I know I am still super early so not expecting it yet but when have you guys seen dark test lines? Mine are progressing so far so not worried, I am just ready to see a dark test line 😂 also I know these aren’t quantitative, I am getting my first beta tomorrow!

I’m 13 DPO today and feeling like I’m going to get my period.

I took an Easy@Home test and it shockingly looks positive to me. I took another with the same result. Then I took a FRER and it looks negative? So now I am just confused. FYI: the pee I used for the tests was really diluted.

Is this positive? It’s not FMU and I took 2 other tests and they were negative. I’m 10dpo with PCOS. Trying for my second child for about a year now. Secondary unexplained infertility…

Guys I feel like I’m going crazy I can’t tell if there is actually something there or I’m imagining it I had a death in the family this week & I’m so stressed & I feel like my world is taking a 180 please tell me what you think (two pictures of the same test)

I’m 9DPO and so nauseous today, and sensitive to smells. Obviously will retest but looking for reinforcement.

Currently 18 dpo/4w4d by ovulation date or 4w6d by LMP.

HCG at 10dpo was 34, then 137 at 12dpo. Haven’t done another since and I’m fighting the urge to go to labcorp (don’t wanna spend the money, and I have no reason to to be concerned right now). First US will be on mg birthday, 11/12, so trying to just hang in there for 16 more days haha

Promised myself I’d retire the tests after getting a dye stealer. Was tempted to keep going so I could see about maybe getting one on the pregmate strip, but I don’t want to become a victim of the hook effect lol.
