Image GO GET THIS MAN
charvarius ward, good teetering on great former all pro corner for the colts who i really think could surge with a change of scenery. his entire resume is built on man which is the identity of this team. is in contract thru 2027. 2026 hit would be 5mil, 2027 hit would be 24 mil if he gets ALL his incentives, which he likely won’t. could easily go for a 5/6th.
for everyone who’ll say we won’t be able to take him, resign laporta, and branch, you’re wrong. we have 95 million in cap next year, roughly. worst case scenario with how much laporta and branch ask in relevance to their position we’d be left with about 30 million, but take that with a grain of salt cuz of incentives or maybe a franchise tag on laporta.
EDIT: forgot to mention, but yes he is 30. so likely retires after the end of next year. still, for a sixth, be fills a hole with an all-pro ceiling. let’s not act like your athleticism just falls off a cliff when your age starts with 3.

Shoutout to the Lions home crowd.
The folks at home could tell just how hype ya’ll were on Sunday!
I think it had an effect on them soft ass packers.
Keep it up! Gonna need it against them Vikings too!
One pride!!

Image Since we're doing Lions Halloween, how about this 1996 throwback? Lions QB Scott Mitchell dressed up as coach Wayne Fontes. Fontes wasn't too pleased with the interpretation.
Hard to make out but he's wearing Mickey Mouse ears while holding Cocaine Wayne's trademark cigar. Can't recall the name of the WDIV interviewer there. I'll post the Fontes pic that the costume was based upon in the comments. "Wayne-O"!! Mitchell wasn't all that popular anyway, and this backfired on him. After football, Scott Mitchell ballooned to 366 pounds and appeared on the reality TV show "The Biggest Loser". Ironic.

Jared Goff is the best QB against the blitz by EPA per dropback
x.comWith a competent offensive line I expect Goff to continue his high level play against Flores that was an aberration last year.

Seeing Kerby put out these tweets is really making me hopeful
Making me think he really might play this year. Kerby I'm praying for ya man. Come back. If you come back this year, the Lions genuinely have a Super Bowl caliber defense and there isn't a team in the NFC I could see beating them at that point.

Can’t believe the refs missed two field goals on Sunday night
It’s insane that the refs actually went out and missed two field goals, dropped a touchdown pass in the end zone, missed a 4th and goal opportunity and threw an interception to Brian Branch. It’s getting out of control. I don’t know if I can keep watching

Christian Mahogany has significantly improved out of no where
Dude has legit gone from average to potentially a pro bowler never seen a transformation this fast. Now Blake Miller is the weak link but I’m not worried about him improving. Need to put Scruggs at center for the Vikings imo if they can’t run the ball effectively they’re gonna get cooked

All 5 of Jamo's receptions from Sunday's win vs Green Bay. Love the Crossers' off play action, and Sewell showcases his route running at the end 😂

Lions most entertaining team
Besides the fact they’re pretty damn good at football, these guys are INSANELY fun to watch!! Case in point: the dancing that went viral. They easily won the internet yesterday, right up until that other guy stole the number one spot. My Facebook feed was flooded with the dancing and that guy telling Trump to shove his ballroom up his fat ass. Even my non-Lions family members were getting the dancing

Vikings haven't faced a decent team since week 2, when CW got hurt in the fourth
do we really know how good their D is? feel like we got a shot to put up a big number this week.
