Hello sportsfans!

As a gift, I (a non-sportsball person) bought my husband (a very big sportsball person) VIP tickets to an upcoming Chargers game. Section 131 (visitors side, its the Chiefs game and he is a giant Chiefs fan...and Swiftie....I married him anyway). Anyway, not being a sportsball person I am not sure what to expect, and what I should plan for. Since the tickets are a gift, he won't know we are going until about a week before the game so I can't chat with him about it, and I like to research these things ahead of time. I've tried to do some research on the Chargers website, but can't get a good feel for any of the VIP stuff.

It sounds like we can get there early? Is there anything worth getting there early for? From other posts it sounds like the food & bev is worth checking out (especially since we are not stadium regulars), anything else? This will be both of our first times at SoFi, and we don't otherwise go to NFL games often.

Any advice/words of encouragement/warning are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
