Lost/Missing Lost Umbrella (SkyBlue, Folding) Near by Nanaimo Station
Hi everyone,
I’m desperately hoping someone might have found my umbrella this morning, around 8:30 AM, near Nanaimo SkyTrain Station or on the SkyTrain.
It’s a light blue folding umbrella with a straight handle and a plain grey rectangular button. It opens automatically when you press the button, but closes manually. I bought it in Colombia, and it’s genuinely one of the most precious things to me.
I know it’s probably a long shot, and I understand that finding something like this may be nearly impossible. But it means so much to me that I wanted to try anyway, hoping that maybe, just maybe, a little miracle could happen.
If anyone happened to pick it up, see it, or turn it in somewhere, I would be incredibly grateful if you could let me know. It might seem like just an umbrella to someone else, but it really means a lot to me, and I’d be so happy to have it back.
You can reach me here on Reddit ðŸ˜
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and really hoping for a miracle.

Lost/Missing Lost white tshirt on Granville
My friends and I were at the Free throw and Microwave concert last night. While walking back to my car, my friend dropped her white Microwave t-shirt. It had a cat on it
Did anyone find it by chance?! She's very sad. They're an American band so it's not easy to get a replacement shirt

Lost Pet [LOST CATS / $6,000 TOTAL CASH REWARD] - Miao Miao & "Cruel" Dou Dou (5 lbs warrior) missing from Ladner, Delta. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
EDIT: Let’s look at the hard facts and timeline to evaluate the real probability of "Wildlife vs. Human Intervention", without finger-pointing or creating unnecessary tension in our community.
Fact 1: The Historical Evidence (Human Intervention Is Real)
Last summer, one of my cats went missing for two whole months. When she finally found her way back to my backyard, she was well-fed and healthy. Crucially, she went out wearing a collar with a bell—but came back with both the collar and bell completely removed. Wildlife doesn't unbuckle collars. A human did that. Whether it was a well-meaning non-local driver, a visitor, or someone else, we know for a fact that human intervention happens here.
Fact 2: The Timeline of Dou Dou’s Disappearance
October 18th, 5:30 AM: Dou Dou left our house.
October 18th, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: A neighbor explicitly spotted her roaming happily in their backyard.
The Critical Window: This means she disappeared during broad daylight, in the 10+ hours before sunset.
Let’s look at the probabilities rationally for a seasoned, 5-lb rabbit hunter like Dou Dou:
Coyote Threat in Broad Daylight? How likely is a coyote to hunt deep inside a residential block at 10 AM or 2 PM in Ladner? Predators usually hunt under the cover of darkness.
Wandering into Farmland? Dou Dou knows the immediate neighborhood terrain. How likely is she to suddenly abandon her familiar territory and wander miles out into the open, exposed agricultural fields during the day?
Picked Up by a Human? This was a bright Sunday morning. Delivery drivers, visitors, and people are out and about. Both of my cats (Miao Miao missing since Oct 3, and Dou Dou since Oct 18) went out with NO collars or tags this year. A friendly, collarless cat roaming a neighborhood during the day has a very high probability of being picked up by someone passing through, who assumes they are an abandoned stray and wants to "save" them.
We are not here to accuse our neighbors. We love this community. We are simply laying out the timeline. Let the facts speak for themselves. The $3,000 cash reward per cat ($6,000 total) stands, no questions asked. We just want our family back.
Please help share this post until it reaches the right person. My 1-year-old cat Dou Dou went missing on Oct 18 after getting lost in the 66 St & London Crescent area of Ladner, Delta. She is tiny, weighing only about 5 lbs (looks like a kitten), and is a beautiful Tabby and Silver Shaded British Shorthair mix. Don't let her cute looks fool you—she is an elite hunter. I nickname her "Cruel Dou Dou" (残暴豆) because she routinely hunts wild rabbits her own size. My first cat, Miao Miao, has been missing since Oct 3. She has walked with me since she was a kitten without a leash. Every time we reached an open road, she would stop, wait for me to cross first, scan for danger, and only sprint to catch up when she felt safe. Whenever I left the country, both of my cats would stop eating properly and spend days staring at my bed or waiting by the front door. Our bond is unbreakable. The backstory you don't know: Last summer, a cat that a friend boarded with me got lost. Two months later, it briefly reappeared in my backyard and left again—I accepted that it had chosen a home it found more comfortable. But as a responsible person, I had to make things right. Dou Dou was the precious kitten I got specifically to compensate my friend. Now, Dou Dou is lost too. The amount of psychological pressure, responsibility, and grief I am carrying is immense. This is why I am offering a $3,000 CASH REWARD PER CAT ($6,000 TOTAL). This is about my honor, my promises, and my unconditional love for my family. I firmly believe with all my heart that they simply got lost and have been taken in by a kind, well-meaning neighbor who wanted to keep them safe. If you have them, please do not feel any pressure or fear. I am not angry, and there will be no police, no blame, and no questions asked. 100% anonymous. You can drop them off safely at a local vet clinic under my name, or leave them in a carrier at a designated spot and text me. As soon as I confirm it is them, the cash is yours. Call or Text 24/7: 604-728-7618 (Alan) Thank you for helping me bring my family home.

Lost/Missing lost wallet
rarely lose something esp when going out but there’s a first for everything 🥹
last night (oct 26), i lost my wallet between Aberdeen and Marine Drive stations, or from Marine Drive and 70th and Granville (on the 10).
it’s made out of fabric (indigoish and grey, with flower patterns on the top half) and has my driver’s license (learner’s), two debit cards, and my student ID (sfu) - among the important/identifying things in my wallet.
genuinely panicking (and reddit being a last resort for asking about its whereabouts), so please dm me if you find it!
