I am aware angel green by army painter exists. But I really like the cool dark bluish green look that caliban green gives. The only problem is I hate the pot system. Any alternates other than angel green?

blood angels = space vampires (lame)
space wolves = people that turn into puppies or something (lame)
iron hands = iron hands (not lame)

Dark Angels = knights who are sometimes Native American Indians but sometimes not, who have plasma weapons and cool little psychic buddies, did everything before all the other legions, and have cool secrets. (clearly the best)

I have 5 more to build, and I want them to be unique to these, but I’m fresh out of ideas

It might not be very noticeable, but the upper part is way too heavily saturated with wash. I liked how it was coming along at first, but I just couldn't achieve the same effect on the upper section as I did on the cuff or the left leg. I don't want to strip the paint off—and for those interested, I use Vallejo paints.

First new mini for my Dark Angels. Now to the Teeminators

Took this lowely squad, led my new captain to a game vs orcs last week. You ever heard of new model syndrome? Well this was the opposite! (Shameless post warning)

In my turn 2 my opponent used Da Jump to get 20 boyz, a weirdboy and a warboss close to my home obj with rapid ingress. After peppering the orks with 5 hellblasters Mr. Captain over here, who was making his way towards the center, turned around and rolled a 12 on the charge to come back and defend his land! The intercessors cleared up some boyz before the Captain, with the imperiums sword, used Final Hour to kill 1 boy, a nob, the weirdboy, and the warboss in a single activation!

The warboss wasn't done though and clapped back with fight on death, killing off the bodyguard unit and landing a wound on the Captain.

In my opponents next turn another warboss, leading a damaged unit containing 2 boyz and a nob, who was leaving a corner objective to go center board decided to turn toward my lone Captain and fire his Gobshot Thunderbuss! Bringing the Captain down to 1 wound remaining!

Loyal and courageous, sword raised high my Captain put himself in assault doctrine the next turn and ran along the long end of the board to charge the xeno scum! The imperiums sword brought down killed off the unit, but alas Brute Bosses detachment activates fight on death for the warboss and he takes my beautiful captain down with him.

In total my Captain leading 5 assault intercessors killed roughly 480 points worth of orks and prevented the warboss with da gobshot thunderboss from engaging at the center objectives. He also scored assassination, no prisoners and a grivious blow in that first fight activation.

The game ended with tableing my opponent with 3 models left standing (terminators). I won 72-69.

I'm still thriving off of the high this match gave me a week later.

I have another list identical to this list with assault bros instead of darkflight with furious assault enhancement on the BGV and DWT, do you guys think that would be better or is this better?

I’m fairly new to this hobby and have started building my greenwing 3rd company and love sorting them into fairly lore accurate squads;

1st squad - intercessors
2nd - infiltrators
6th - aggressors
7th - jump pack assault intercessors
8th - incursors
9th - eradicators
10th - hellblasters

I have put aggressors as battle line even though they are probably 9th/10th squad.

Would be cool to hear what anyone else has done with their organisations!

Ive recently aquired 4 bnib attack bikes, and Intend to build them along my ravenwing bikers however i am lacking the front wings and the winged antennae at the back, any idea where i can find them or similar bits that match the firstborn aestetic If possible in the EU, so far ebay hasnt been really helpful as everything îs either overpriced or abroad.
