i'm a sucker for grilled meats over charcoal or wood fire. this is from lavash jax. the cook's name is arman. some ukrainians came by and arman told me about the cultural connections between armenians and ukrainians as well as russians.

Are there any food challenges in Pakistan?
If you guys heard of or ever seen the channel “beardmeetsfood”
Do any cafes or restaurants provide anything like that?

Hi everyone!
I'm planning a small homemade vegetarian lunchbox service called Pressure Cooker in Uttam Nagar.
The idea is simple: fresh, home-style food for people who work or live nearby and don't always have time to cook.
The planned menu includes:
Regular thali — ₹80: 4 chapatis, rice, dal, seasonal sabzi, salad and achar
Trial thali — ₹60: rajma, mixed vegetables, jeera rice, 2 chapatis, salad and achar
All meals will be vegetarian and cooked in mustard oil, with delivery planned within 1 km of Uttam Nagar.
I'd love some honest feedback from people in the area:
Would you consider ordering a meal like this?
Does the pricing sound reasonable?
What would make you choose a local homemade meal service over restaurant delivery?
I'm still preparing the service, so I'm looking for genuine feedback before launching. Thanks!
