Buy one get one free. It’s a two pack so you will get four containers total. Makes a great stocking stuffer for that spice head in your life or treat yourself for the holidays.

I have an abundance of freeze-dried super hots. Hoping small packets of salt blends will encourage some friends to dip their toes into the pepper world. That said, I know more than one person who thinks ketchup is hot, so the outlook isn’t great. Wish me luck!

Ok so I’ve been trying to think of good alternatives to drinking soda and I was looking at fruit infused water ideas when it hit me: what if I infused water with spicy peppers? I know this probably sounds insane but if it could work what would be the best way to do it?

The wings themselves were actually really good and the sauce is definitely hotter than any Xtra hot wing sauce I've ever had. Made with a blend of nine hot peppers—including the Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, ghost pepper, habanero, and dragon’s breath. Rated between 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 scoville units! If you're like me and like extremely spicy I highly recommend giving these a try.

I could not find tobasco cheese, I searched all the stores before running this, but close enough. There was onions and garlic added to the beef btw. I know the pain was all from the scorpion sauce, but that is my daily driver and I did have two more after a small break putting all the leftover stuff in the fridge lol.

What is the Wingstop Atomic sauce? Can someone please let me know the overall recipe or ingredients…. This sauce is no joke!

The harvest is coming in with many more ripening up. I'm in the PNW, so my harvest is usually much smaller because it starts getting cold before the peppers are ripe. I would move them around to chase the sun and then put them in the garage with a light, trying to get a many to ripen as I could.
This year I built a greenhouse and moved the plants in there. They are doing great and still going strong with production. Looks like I'll be making some sauce soon.
