White spot on eyelid?

Post image

Hi all, I have a horrible white spot on my eyelid. It's been there for about a year now. Googling online seems to make me think it's a Milia spot. I bought this Milia spot remover, however and have been using it twice a day for about a month, and have seen no difference. What should I do?

Is this athlete's foot?

I had athlete's foot since elementary until high school after having to walk on flood water because of a flash flood and i was outside playing then. It was really bad during that time. It started with moist skin in between toes and really really itchy feeling then suddenly blisters appeared. I remember getting bullied because whenever i'd take my shoes off, they'll say it smells like a rat just died. I was prescribed to use triderm which got rid of it although it left my the back of my toes looking pink like there's no extra layer of skin although not sensitive and also did not hurt or smell. For three years, i thought it was already gone.

Suddenly on my first year of college, i noticed that my socks started smelling like before again. I used anti fungal soap but i don't know if it did anything. Sometimes it would flake off really bad but most of the time it's just really dry. Unlike before when it's a bit moist in between toes. For two years again, i've been enduring this. Recently my shoes smell strongly of the same odor as before but then when i smell my feet, it doesn't really smell like anything. However when i cut off toenails, there's a hint of that smell again. I feel so insecure now and embarrassed. I think my classmates in college are starting to notice.

One of my friend even told me something like she does not want her feet to smell like dead rat so she's not gonna wash it immediately after we walked (it's a thing in our culture to redt your feet first before taking a shower if you walk for too long or else it would smell bad). I was so taken aback because why would she say that out of nowhere while we were walking. She also asked me something like why my feet are like this although i didn't hear the other stuff she said. I just thought at first, maybe it's the way my nails grow sideways but now, looking back maybe it isnt.

I seriously don't know what to do. It's so hard to book an appointment in my city because public dermstology clinics are only open during really early morning. I have classes for the whole week so i can't schedule. I just want to know what to do with this and how i can clean my shoes thoroughly.

Right now, it doesn't itch or anything. It just feels too dry and a bit hot too. It's like i need to hydrate the skin or what.

Please help! Terrible itches

Hello, I am pregnant with my second baby, I’m due in may so I’m nearly 4 months along. Recently (within the past 3-4 weeks) I have had terribly itchy skin.

And I mean HORRIBLE. I can not stop itching, I get small flakey spots that itch and eventually as you can see they turn into scabs:( and then they bleed.

It looks terrible and I’m a little embarrassed. I’ve used different kinds of moisturizer and nothing helps or works! Im at a loss😩
I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY SET!!!

Please ignore my hairy legs, believe it or not I shaved 2 days ago 😭

EDIT- I’m not asking for a straight diagnosis or anything, just opinions!

the first two rings appeared on the sole of my foot last week and they have been progressively increasing and have now reached my palms. they are itchy and hurt and my hands are swelling. GP said it was an allergic reaction but antihistamine (fenofexidine) has not helped.

22F, random few weeks old rash on chest that looks like like cuts, doesn’t hurt or itch

Looking for help identifying a rash or skin marks that look almost like dots and cuts or scratches? A few weeks ago, I noticed these strange marks appearing on my skin out of nowhere. My sister pointed them out to me and by then they were all over my chest. They have this reddish darker brown color but I haven’t scratched or injured myself to cause all of them. They don’t itch or burn. They’ve stayed pretty much the same since I first noticed them, with no noticeable improvement or changes.

I’m not sure what’s causing them or whether it’s even considered a rash. Anyone know what this is or solutions?

White patch on corners of my mouth

Hey everyone, I’m 19M and I’ve been dealing with a skin issue at both corners of my mouth for a while now. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.

It initially started as just dryness, with no pigmentation changes at all. Every time I washed my face, the corners of my mouth would become dry, and whenever I moved my mouth, like talking, smiling or opening it wide, the skin would turn whitish, develop tiny cracks and become a little flaky. There wasn’t really any itching, pain or redness.
Whenever this happened, I would usually just wet my fingers and gently pat some water onto the dry areas, which would temporarily make the whiteness less noticeable. However, after some time, I started noticing small white patches forming at the corners of my mouth. At first, I didn’t really pay much attention to them because they were quite small, but over time, the patches gradually became larger and much more noticeable.

I initially tried applying Vaseline, hoping it would help with the dryness and the white patches, but the discoloration didn’t seem to improve. Eventually, I decided to visit a dermatologist, who prescribed Dermatop and Protopic.

The thing is, the dryness, cracking and flakiness have now completely disappeared. The skin feels smooth and normal again, just like the surrounding skin, but the white patches are still there and are noticeably lighter than my normal skin tone.

I’ve been reading about pityriasis alba and post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, and I’m wondering whether either of these could explain what’s happening, especially since everything started with dryness and irritation.

Has anyone experienced something similar, particularly around the corners of the mouth? Did the pigmentation eventually return to normal? How long did it take, and was there anything that helped?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks!

I have one and I'm getting two sets of advice: leave it alone or drain it slowly.

It's leaking pus and quite angry. I'm scared of it exploding. Please help!!!

Hard bumps on upper arms for 2 years

I've had these bumps on my upper arms for around 2 years. Some are raised and skin coloured while others are reddish. They feel hard and new hard bumps keep appearing. I have no itching or pain and I haven't tried any treatments yet.

I've attached photos. Does anyone know what this could be? What should I do next and are there any safe treatment options?

Thank you!

For over two years now, every few months I get these weird bumps over my legs

So the title pretty much says it all. Two years ago I started having issues with painful, hard to the touch bumps all over my legs, and they do scar. They start as reddish, seemingly harmless spots, then they grow hard, star to “peel off” and eventually begin to hurt to the touch.

The open wound picture marks the moment I decided to see a doctor. Long story short, I got told it was an ingrown hair but I wasn’t convinced. I was 24 at this point, had had my fair share of issues with ingrown hairs all over my body and they had never looking even close to this, but not only that, there were too many all over my leg… 5th pic shows what my right leg looked like by end of October.

Still, I listened to the doctor. Stopped shaving, wouldn’t even wax my legs, but I’d still get a bump or two every other month. In April 2025 I decided to see my family doctor because there was no way these could be ingrown hairs, she took a look at my leg and said she genuinely didn’t know what it could be and told me to look for a dermatologist. Thing is, at this point I had already been looking for one, but I live in France and France is known for being a country where it’s impossible to get an appointment with a dermatologist 🥲 I got 2 appointments, both were cancelled by the doctors themselves after months of wait, and then I got an online one, where I just simply told they couldn’t do anything about it without seeing it in person (then proceeded to tell me they’re not accepting new in-person patients…).

Now, in 2026, I still get them every now and them, and recently (about two weeks ago) I got one close to my elbow, an area of my body I can promise you has never seen a razor in its life (it was kind of difficult to catch it on camera, but it’s there and you can feel it when you touch it), and another one close to my left knee about 4 days ago.

Weird under eye bag

Can somebody tell me why I woke up to my eye looking like this? It’s never happened to me before, and the other eye doesn’t look like this. It’s like this weird puffy eye bag in a weird triangle shape. Pls help lol
I did put a cold washcloth over and it seems to be helping a little
And I also did have a pimple patch near that eye on overnight but it’s never caused a reaction like that
