Which One?

I like trying new ones, and right now Costco has several choices. I'm not looking for people to tell me not to buy substandard Costco selections. I'm just looking for opinions about which might be best OUT OF THOSE SHOWN. We buy Terra Delyssa a lot, but it's very mild tasting. I like a bit of a bite. They all run about the same price-$14-17

Found a fruity Greek olive oil that I love!

I found it hard to find olive oils that are not too peppery and bitter for me, but still are flavorful and not bland. I have found some occasionally, but they have been like unicorns that disappear. Recently I found a Greek olive oil in a local Greek market that I love: it's fruity, flavorful, and devoid of the pepperiness that I don't seem to be able to tolerate.

Frizzle, and smoke point?

Yes yes I know Graza is not gourmet. But I bought frizzle because of the promise of a 490F smoke point. Why not use cheap olive oil instead of vegetable or peanut for frying?

But… it starts smoking around 360, and is fully smoking by 400. Like, denatured and useless.

Can anyone explain? I know they don’t make good olive oils, but having “490f smoke point” printed on the bottle when it’s clearly closer to 375… what gives?
