Delivering a toolbox to someone's house today, delivery instructions say "call 30 mins ahead", and I just know I'm gonna hear "But why didn't anyone call and tell me you were coming?? I SAID 30 MIN HEADS UP!!"

i’m an electrician and today i had to install an end cap at a walgreens. they are just ads on a monitor. sometimes they even have commercials… inside the store. yes, i understand it’s smart (i guess) to throw commercials at people while they’re already shopping. maybe it’s just me, but it’s definitely infuriating.

Got home and took my black shirt off, saw all these little black dots on my arms IN MY PORES. Tried to scrub them off with a washcloth, but clearly white wasn’t the move.

I’ve had this shirt for a few years and has been washed many times. I hate throwing clothes in the garbage but what the hell man. Wish literally anything was made to last anymore.

Needed some extra juice for my laptop battery but wasn’t near an outlet, so grabbed a portable cell phone charger. Discovered soon after that the portable battery recharged itself from the laptop, draining the laptop battery even more. 🤦‍♂️

Subtle difference in pronunciation. The word is in almost every sentence. Super mildly infuriating haha.

Got a flat, took the first exit. Officer waiting at red light sees me waving at him (to see if he had a jack I could use to try and plug the tire).

Looks right at me, light turns green and he's never to be seen again lol

Edit: Unfortunately, many newer vehicles do not come with a jack or spare tire, only a plug kit and mini air compressor.

Context shouldn't really matter though, you'd think trying to flag down an officer they would at least acknowledge you regardless of the circumstances.

I'd think quantity would be based on orders.

I’m genuinely scared to ask why it is wet. The sink it’s possible, but knowing him it definitely could have fallen in the toilet.

edit: guys- ofc i’m gonna sand it down lol. i got this on marketplace for $10 and eyeballed the measurements. i was fully prepared for it to not fit. twas jus mildly infuriating that it was only 2mm away from being perfect. sigh
