Looking for advice and recommendations for trousers kind of like this picture. But also maybe not as loose for a more dressed up look. Are these just suit trousers dressed down? Having a hard time figure out what to look for.
Edit: forgot to mention without spending a ton, under 150 range preferably

What do you think about fit of this suit?

Fashion is funny because sometimes a trend looks ridiculous when it first appears, but after seeing people style it in different ways, it starts to grow on you.
Maybe it’s oversized fits, baggy jeans, chunky sneakers, vintage pieces, or mixing styles that you wouldn’t normally put together.
What’s one trend you used to dislike but now appreciate? And what changed your mind about it?
I'm curious to see which trends people have come around to and which ones they still can't get behind.

I was looking for a Funnel Neck Leather Jackets, I’m sure people have seen this around. Other terms were “Viral Zara leather jacket”, but…it’s a woman’s jacket.
After more searching, this style of oversized, Funnel Neck and shorter cut leather jacket are generally all made for women. I haven’t seen a male version anywhere. Is there a reason this is considered feminine? The shorter cut works well high rise trousers. The mock/funnel neck looks cool. Not sure if Zara sells anymore. The only places they market this type of jacket to men seems to not be in the US: like Arabic language or Turkey or something which is odd.
Cop or Pass? I don’t want to wear “women’s” clothing. Only exception is a thin width belt, cause they don’t make those for men

The pic is a bit dark, but I'm wearing cotton black slacks and black Oxford shoes. My main concern is the pink + dark red combo. I think it looks nice, like a different variation of navy blue sweater and baby blue shirt, but maybe it looks a bit weird. What do you think?

My boyfriend and I are going to see the nutcracker ballet for the first time and realized he needs a nice belt and a nice tie.
I am willing to spend up to $150 for a nice black leather belt but idk anything about men’s belts and I want to get him something that will last for years.
I am also willing to spend up to the same amount for a tie but he doesn’t really wear ties however, it would be nice for him to have a nice sophisticated one for special occasions.
I would love if you all could post screenshots/links/pictures/ attire inspiration. I searched the web but couldn’t find many pictures/videos of men attending these events so I don’t have much to go off of. Pictured above is the last performance we attended and his belt is from Walmart, which no issues there but I want to get him something a little more thoughtful.
I appreciate any and all help. 😊

I am shopping for some band tees. I'm 5'8" and ~140lbs (~170cm & ~64kg) and normally order size M in NA sizing to have some room for movement.
I've run into a few web stores that want me to select a size based on my height. Fine, except my height puts me near the top of their size range, which doesn't make any sense to me. They also suggest going up one size (to 180cm) for a looser fit, which is 6'. People I know who are 6' or taller wear size L or XL. I'm perplexed.
Can anyone share their experience with online shopping for clothes this way?

ill be going to a wedding for my partners sister in Florida. The theme is Semi-Formal Beach. I’m on the hunt for some loose cut linen pants and a similar shirt If anyone could recommend brands or cuts. I really like the cut of polo Andrew pants if there are any linens similar. Her family is a little traditional and I’d like to impress. thank you

I'm looking for a flannel lined field jacket or chore coat. When googling it this shows up on Amazon. I like the look and the details over the shoulders but am extremely skeptical of purchasing any clothing from Amazon. I've never heard of this Legendary Whitetails brand.
Can you recommend some brands or specific coats that are from a more reputable brand? Ideally between the $100-200 range. I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.

I have a state work conference in the pnw. Not great with terms but I'd call the dress code "semi formal professional. Some people in 2 piece suits, some in button ups and dark jeans etc.
I'm fassion plind but trying to expand my closet and therefore options.
What combo would you guys recommend? And if the pants are off the wall wrong too, I have a few other options too. (Charcoal windowpane, maroon windowpane, and grey windowpane, or dark jeans)
Not sure if the overhead light changed the color much, but the overcoat is charcoal/cream in daylight.
Thanks in advance!

Not sure if this is the right sub for this, I apologize if it isn’t.
I have a Halloween costume that has pants that are slightly too big. It has belt loops, but the outfit doesn’t have a belt and it looks stupid no matter which belt I try on. I can wear the pants without a belt, but they are just slightly too big to be comfortable.
Are there any quick tips to get them a little tighter? I own a sewing kit if that is an option.
Edit: my shirt will be tucked in, so I’m trying to avoid something that stands out if possible

I seek some advice in achieving a resort/mobster/70s sleaze style. I am both drawn to more 70s aestetics as well as later velour tracksuit mobster aestetics.
For now i found brands like Fila Vintage, Sergio Tacchini, Lacoste to be helpful. Also in the high end Versace and Gucci has things among these lines. Though thats too expensive for me.
I bought some cuban collar short sleave shirts that works very well, a fila velour tracksuit, a Sergio tacchini velour tracksuit and some Sergio tacchini tshirts with contrast collar and a gold medallion necklace. I might also get a gold plated casio watch.
Does anyone have some ideas? Both for brands to look for and specific styles to search for. Any advice is helpful!
For shoes i am a bit torn. Been looking at loafers and Vans like slip-ons. I have a pair of Camper Pelotas Soller in burgundy that sorta works.

Attending a wedding, need some guidance on what colour tie to wear. Not allowed any green or red for context.
I tried navy blue and then got AI to try orange aswell. Either choose between those or suggest a new colour? Thanks
Ignore green cuffs, it’s a tester shirt to see what size I needed to get and they colour code the sleeves

Honestly my opinion on cargo pants, I think their pretty ugly and it’s hard to put together in an outfit, having ugly Velcro or button pockets sticking out on the sides, just very ugly compared to regular blue or black jeans, that’s just my opinion.
