What villains could team up to form a roster of fake heroes ?

Yesterday Baby Doll joined our Thunderbolts, under the identity of Mind Moppet! Finally back on the air in the role of a lifetime! Who will be next?

| Ultra-Humanite/Neuronite | Silver Banshee/Wailstorm | Mirror Master/Fractal | Clayface/Continuity | Mr Freeze/Zero | Livewire/Voltage | Papa Midnite/Daddy Daylight| Mento/Mind-Master| Tabu/Vixen| Dr Polaris/Magneto | Solomon Grundy/Mr Monday | Baby Doll/Mind Moppet | ? |

• Top commented villain wins!
• We aren’t looking for 1 to 1 analogs for but characters who could plausibly fake being heroes or actually try to be redeemed.
• +1 Bonus point for giving the villain a new heroic codename or an explanation on how they fake being a hero!
• No downvoting (edit your comment if you have been downvoted & I’ll take it into account)
• No one can be picked twice
