Multigrain Bread, Corned Beef, Smoked Cheddar, Green Onion, Tomato, Broccoli Sprouts

A whole package of mortadella, four thinly sliced provolone, a good amount of banana peppers with Hellman's mayonnaise, toasted. Accompanied by Gorgonzola stuffed olives. Lunch is served.

Low sodium ham, baby Swiss cheese, mild giardiniera, beefsteak tomato, mixed microgreens and stone ground mustard on a lightly toasted ciabatta roll.

I made a bean soup with two smoked ham hocks in my slow cooker the other day. After it was done, I pulled all the meat off of the hocks. I added most back into the soup, but saved some of this delicious meat for my sandwich! So basically it’s slow cooked smoked pork in my grilled cheese. I used Caraway rye bread, white cheddar, and Swiss cheese in the sandwich. Would recommend!
