What’s a painful realization you had that changed the way you see life?

Mine is realizing that you can have a good heart, love people genuinely, and still hurt them because you haven’t healed certain parts of yourself.

Sometimes, having good intentions isn’t enough. You can love someone and still have things to work on. You can be the victim of something and still be responsible for how you treat others.

And honestly, accepting that about yourself hurts more than blaming anyone else.

What’s a hard truth you had to accept about yourself?

Why do people who don’t believe in God seem to understand humanity better than those who do?

I genuinely love atheists. There’s something beautiful about people who don’t need the promise of heaven or the threat of hell to be decent human beings.
People who question what they’ve been taught, challenge traditions, and aren’t afraid to admit they don’t have all the answers.

Meanwhile, some religious people spend their lives preaching love while judging everyone who doesn’t share their beliefs.

They’ll defend cruelty because it’s written in a holy book and call it morality.
I find it fascinating that the people constantly accused of lacking morals are often the ones questioning whether those morals are actually moral in the first place.

You don’t need religion to have compassion, empathy, or a conscience. And being religious doesn’t automatically make you a good person.

To be extremely beautiful / handsome is as lonely as to be extremely ugly.

I was once on a train, and a man was sitting opposite me. And it is safe to say that every celebrity you can think of as handsome would kneel before him. I wish I were exaggerating. And no, I wasn't looking at him through some sort of familiarity filter, since he was a total stranger. But I remember thinking, waht could have possibly produced someone like him and in what universe! Because there was simply nothing like that.

And instead of my ugly asss feeling envious or anything, I felt that I wouldn't want to be in his position either. Because, to me, that kind of beauty could be incredibly lonely. It is the sort where you would have to work hard to be noticed beyond your exterior. But then again, it's not as though I'll ever be in his shoes, so perhaps I'm just projecting my own perspective onto him.

But can you relate to this fellas?

Can You Ever Truly Forgive Cheating?

If someone you genuinely love cheats on you, but they tell you they still love you and regret what they did, would you give them another chance or walk away for good?

Do you believe cheating is a mistake that can be forgiven, or a choice that shows they never truly respected you?

I want to hear your honest thoughts. 🥀

Is it normal to not really have friends?

I’m turning 27 this week and I’ve come to realize I don’t really have any friends. I have my husband, who I consider my best friend, but not really anyone else. If we do things it’s with his friends, and they’re always so kind and include me. I do have people I associate with who consider me a friend, but our friendship is pretty much all about them and it’s honestly quite draining. I find myself wanting friends, but I also don’t know if I have the patience or effort. Is this normal? Should I be putting more effort into my social life?
