It was just barely announced at Dobie 21 will not be accepting contract renewals for the upcoming year. It is not finalized whether the building will be closed or repurposed, although its obvious that it will be repurposed into a commercial building for more profit. In this statement they say that they will allow us early renewal access to other dorms, (like this helps the issue at all), because the truth is that all of the apartments and similar priced housing is out. And lets be honest every other dorm is $2000 more expensive and twice as shitty. Fuck UT.

I'm considering taking Building AI Agents (CS 378) or Agentic Software Engineering (CS 378), but I think last semester was the first time either was offered, so I haven't been able to find much info about them.

If anyone has taken either class, would you recommend it? Were they actually interesting/useful, and how do they compare to other CS classes in terms of workload and difficulty?

Also, has anyone taken M427J since they got rid of the online exams? I'm wondering how manageable it is to do well now, especially compared to classes like physics, intro bio, or chem.

I was wondering if anyone had input on good study materials or how the test was like? I wanted to know if it was even common to pass this exam with a 7 or 8? Any input would be great!
