(Sorry if the photo quality isn't good, for some of you.)
There's two little non-sprinkle spots, but I don't mind. Not at all. My mom got me and my brother, a donut each. (While she got a coffee, that she's enjoying outside.)
I had it, with a bottle of milk.
(I'm sorry that I had to reupload this, a second time. I wanted to change the title of the post, since it bugged me.)

It was fine, we thought the pink pastry was a donut but it ended up being savory and stuffed with potatoes, bacon, and cheese. I will say though, the decor in the store was top notch!

I did an interview at a Tim Hortons and received a message saying I am hired 4 days ago. They sent me the log in information for the online training, and I haven’t received any further instructions. I am mainly concerned of signing the contract and such, as I have heard stories of people getting fired in training.
Does anyone know what further steps I should take, or do I just have to complete the online training first. I am very new to this stuff so I apologize if this is a dumb question.
Thank you

I entered a local Tim’s contest here in Manitoba as Winnipeg was selected to host the 2026 NHL Heritage Classic Game. My family was one of 200 people invited to the exclusive event at Princess Auto Stadium; there were raffle prizes, free trading cards for the kids, and a goodie bag which included a Tim Hortons gift card!
We were so happy to have had this opportunity but are quite confused as the gift cards don’t seem to work. Upon calling the Gift Card Service Team that Tim Hortons Customer Care directs you to, they said they were never activated at purchase and that they are unable to confirm this to me as the gift card team doesn’t have email.
I’m not posting for answers but rather incase another attendee of this event tries to search the internet with the same question.
What is unfortunate is the selection email came from a general tim hortons inbox, so I can’t find the contact information for who ran the event. I recall the GM that was there’s name was Tim… Ugh. Wish they worked in this economy 💔

I don't want a stupid chicken noodle soup or a $6 chili
I want a free chili.
Edit: I have now been informed that it's a 1300pt reward under Lunch & Dinner.

This sign was on the door of the Tim’s in Brampton on Clark right in front of the BCC.
Never seen anything like this before 🤷🏻♀️

Hey guys,
I wanted to ask if anyone had this experience. working at Tim Hortons. It was my first day and my manager didn’t really explain anything or make me watch training videos he put my straight on the floor and made the other employees teach me how to make stuff. They teached me how to make coffees, tea, iced coffee and how to clean all the sanitation products. It was a very small training shifts and I felt like they were putting so much on me and this Tim Hortons is one of the busiest I have definitely seen. It’s not an actual town location, it’s inside a mall. They got nonstop mad at me for when I forgot little things or made the wrong drink it was insane, honestly remembering this much stuff idk what they expected.
They were just rushing me a lot, but I do know this is one of the busiest location. There was never one minute with no customers. Also Idk if this is normal but everyone was switching from cashier food drinks cleaning throughout the whole shift? Seeing them memorize food recipes without any posters or anything idk if some Tim Hortons have posters up.
They also speak their own native language and they’ll be talking and laughing the whole shift I have no idea what they are saying. Hearing my friends first day where they watched videos and slowly learned the main stuff like cashier and stuff did make me feel over whelmed, as to why it was me who just got this experience. Maybe I am just overthinking all of this idk.
Is this normal? Did anything else have this experience?

Sorry idrk how to word it exactly.
Was working for my aunt pretty early in the morning and I stopped at Tim’s. I realized I had enough points for a drink, so I turned redeem on and for the correct tier. I tried ordering a peach iced tea Quencher (it’s labelled as a quencher at least the one I’ve been going to) on the kiosk. It still charged me. I tried again, same thing. I’ve bought this drink with points before, so it does count.
Is this a bug or smth Thats happening? Is this happening to you?

Ordered a 12 grain light cream cheese bagel and this is what I got. This has gotten really bad. Plus the bagel was dry and hard.
500 country hills Blvd NE Calgary AB.
Wondering if it is even worth it complaining to their manager.

So i js finished my shift at tims and our manager typically doesn't let us habd out free stuff even if their going to waste.
Now my tims is located right next to a wendys and their ppl typically come over for drinks or whatever.
So i went to them today to get some chicken tenders and the guy behind the counter was like "oh its on us , its been a good night so dw about it" (i was still in my tims uniform btw , maybe helpful info?) Anyways , so then i went n told my co worker that and she went "oh yeah they always give us free stuff" and then i said "why don't we give them free stuff?" ( their manager always comes for a double double and my manager alwatys tell me to charge him) and my co workwr said "our manager would rather die than give a starving person free stuff"
Like... srsly? They even charge us for the cups we use to drink water .. he litrly takes 10 cents from me for the cup
Istg im so done w this guy
(Sorry for the rant lol)

I used to order the egg and cheese sandwich via the mobile app, but it looks like it has been removed. At least from the location near me. Only the sausage or bacon options are showing. It’s been like this for a week or two. Is this something that the owner of the store would be responsible for changing? How can I get this fixed lol?
Thanks!

This puppy's got tomato, lettuce, cucumbers, chicken, rice quinoa, cilantro, cheese, onion, lime, and chicken. I find most other fast food places serve dog food by contrast (bun, meat, cheese, maybe a token green if you're lucky)
The only fast food place that stands tall in this regard is A&W chiefly due to their breakfast.
I am in a small city though so I'd love to hear any other recommendations y'all have for solid fast food eats from chain fast food restaurants that aren't made to order (obviously Subway or Quaesada for example knock this kinda food out of the park)

Hi Redditors, new Tim Hortons morning baker here.
I’m planning to leave after this Thursday (when I get my first paycheque) and wondering if I should send an email to my manager now or let him know in person that I’m quitting after only 2 weeks.
I completely respect the baker role at Tim Hortons. Everything that you guys manage as a baker I respect. After not even a week of training I’m put into the fire alone set up for failure. Also the gruesome hours working Monday-Friday waking up at 3am-11am when my shift ends is really fucking up my mental, emotional and physical health.
I can’t keep up when I see the line at front of house just keeps growing more and more. Managing showcases, cooking breakfast and lunch items, glazing donuts, washing dishes and bring up more stock from the basement freezers, taking heavy delivery boxes down to the basement fridge every Tuesday and Thursday, it’s just too much to handle by myself. I’m not superhuman, I’m a regular human being like everyone else.
Just thinking that when a showcase is empty and the blame getting put onto me and getting complaints from the front of house team members (5-6 people up front) is genuinely fucking insane when I’m the only person working back of house. My point proven when I mean my mental, physical and emotional health.
Now working alone at 3am, I can manage most tasks easily, but when it starts getting towards 5am (opening time) I have to start cooking breakfast and get sidetracked. Me as a very forgetful person cannot handle this when I’m still drowsy at 3am.
I believe I put everything I have to say in this post, let me know if I should send my resignation email today or let him know in person.

I ordered a breakfast belt and asked for some mayo. I was charged .50 cents extra.
Thoughts ?
A bit pricey for some mayo not from an individual package.

Saw this donut at my local Tim’s, but it was not labeled. I asked theTim’s employee what it was, and she also didn’t know. So naturally, I ordered it.
I expected it to probably be the Hufflepuff Lemon Meringue donut (just without the crest on top), but it was very definitely chocolate filled. It wasn’t bad, I just have no idea what it was.
Any guesses?

I went to several locations over the weekend and none had it in stock. The one I went to this morning said they’re done selling it for the season. But it’s not even the end of October yet?? And it’s still on their menu boards. Does anyone know what’s up? Surely the pumpkin flavoured menu items should be available until Oct 31?
