Expecting my first baby soon. We just finished up birth class at our hospital and got a lot out of it, now we’re looking for Newborn Care classes and any other classes in the valley anyone recommends before our little guy arrives. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know of Bump to Baby, our hospital (HonorHealth Shea), and I heard a nurse mention Modern Milk tonight. Can anyone speak to any experiences at those or have other suggestions?

On topic of baby classes that aren’t necessarily “newborn care” I have a breastfeeding class scheduled at Bump to Baby, I’ve heard Phoenix Children’s has car seat classes, and I’m looking for a good infant first aid and cpr class if anyone knows of one. Any other classes topics or suggestions of where to go and what to take would be very appreciated! Would love to hear everyone’s experiences both the good and the bad.

Hello everyone! I’m sure many of you remember sweet tomatoes, and mourn sweet tomatoes as I do, daily. Tucson has been blessed with the return of sweet tomatoes, but we r still missing one in the valley.

I am wondering if anyone knows of any Souplantation/ Sweet Tomatoes locations that are still empty and haven't been repurposed or anything, or, if they have been, whether they're empty now. I am also wondering if anyone knows of places that would be good for a Sweet Tomatoes to be.

I am trying to do my part to help us get our sweet, sweet healthy buffet chain back!

I recently got a used gaming PC and was wondering if anyone has any recs or advice to get my PC cleaned and receive diagnostics. A friend gave it to me so I'm unsure how old the PC is (I didn't ask). It's pretty dusty and I don't know much about PC's so I dont know what is even inside/what anything does, and don't know how to clean it properly without messing anything up or electrocuting myself.

Also wanted to run a diagnostic and get advice for potential upgrades. I thought what I have would be enough for some of the games I wanted to play, but apparently the dedicated graphics card isn't enough and would cause lag and i would need to lower the resolution (According to the internet). Also the problem I am running into is it's not registering that there is a dedicated graphics card. My computer says there's no VRAM, but i do have one. So any advice and recommendations of places to get help will be greatly appreciated.

Curious how everyone else made out after last week’s hailstorm. For those who had significant vehicle damage, I’d love to see some pictures and hear how your insurance claims are going.

Was your vehicle declared a total loss or is insurance covering the repairs? If it was totaled, what year/make/model was it, and how much did insurance offer for the payout?

My vehicle sustained extensive damage, including shattered windows, and I’m anticipating it’ll likely be totaled. Just trying to get an idea of what others are experiencing with their claims and payouts.

Hey Phoenix! I have a teen who’s started at a new school. She hasn’t made friends (yet!) and doesn’t have anything to do on Halloween. She’d love to stay and hand out candy but our neighborhood has no kids.

The flu is going around early this year and it’s AWFUL. I’ve been bedridden over a week. I’m heavily regretting not getting my flu shot and encouraging everyone to get one. Trust me you don’t want this.
