Hey everyone,

My friend and I live in Switzerland and run a YouTube channel where we film vlogging/exploring videos, documentary videos, and outdoor "podcast" talks about everyday life around the country.

Lately we've been filming way more than we have time to edit. We already have several full videos shot and ready to go, we just can't keep up with all the editing ourselves next to our daily jobs and routines.

We're not a company and we aren't looking to hire a random freelancer. We want to find a reliable third friend and equal partner to jump into this project with us as part of the team. With us, everything is pretty much friendly and chill...we hang out a lot, talk on calls, and spend hours discussing YouTube videos ideas, thumbnails, and everything around building the channel.

Since the channel isn't monetized yet (we're at around 2.6k subscribers on YouTube and 11k on Instagram), we are not making money right now. We're looking for someone who's ready to jump in without upfront pay, grow this together with us as a team, and split everything fairly once it starts bringing in.

If you're already into YouTube, have some solid experience editing in Premiere Pro, and want to be part of our crew, send us a DM.

Channel is SwissMomentsOfficial if anybody is interested.

Hey zusammen!

I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this, but I’ve DM'd a lot of people looking for editors and filled out so many application forms lately. The result? Zero contact back and no deals closed.
It makes me wonder if the people posting these jobs are actually serious about hiring.
If anyone here has genuinely gotten a real job offer from a post and actually got paid, can you share your experience below? Please keep it real—no self-promo or artificially hyping up a client's image. I just want to know if this is still working for anyone else!

So, I am a VERY small minecraft content creator. I m currently looking for someone to edit my videos, as I do not have enough time to edit and post consistently. Since I am not making money off of my channel yet this will be coming from my own pocket and I cannot afford to pay much. I can afford 250rupees per simple video to start. Once I start making money from my channel this will obviously be raised until I can pay a proper rate for a video editor. For more details please DM me . i am looking for based on india

P.S. I am not looking for someone who is a professional. As I stated, I do not have thay type of money right now. However, please have a basic knowledge of editing softwares.

I'm currently learning video editing. If you happen to need help with this and have all kinds of video footage, feel free to reach out to me. It's completely free — I just want to get some practice in this area.

Here’s some who’s using this service already!

Hey all new here, so apologies in advance if I am breaking a rule. I am designing a capcut alternative and was wondering if anyone is interested in trialing it and provide feedback.

Its in the early stages of development. We are just wanting to gauge ideas of other features to add to it. Currently it works similar to capcut, can create and transcribe audio and line up images and videos to the exact timeline so very little editing is needed.

Mainly I want to know if it’s easy to pick up without help, like if anything’s confusing or hard to find. But the big things I’d love tested are the auto captions (do they line up with the voice), the caption styles, and whether exports come out right on your PC. And if there’s a feature you’d use that’s missing, tell me that too.

Hey! Are you still looking for a video editor? I can connect you with a team that handles video editing. What type of videos do you need edited, and what’s your budget?

Hey guys,

This could be a really good opportunity for any intermediate to advanced editors who have some free time and want to make some extra money on the side.

The base pay is $8 per video. I know that might not sound like a lot at first glance, but there is honestly no limit to how many you can do. If you knock out 5 a day that is an easy $40 a day, plus bonuses and the potential for long term work if you do well.

If you know your way around editing, these 20 to 30 second videos are pretty straightforward and barely take 30 to 40 minutes to make once you get the flow down.

If you want to apply, please fill out this Google form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScjHTg15qLZ7-LhhaYG3Oo35zgdqZRRqpm4yTt0QcLXrt7g3Q/viewform

Also payment will be done through Wise, so please make sure you have that set up and ready to accept payments.

Thanks a lot for reading, looking forward to seeing your work.

Hey everyone! My regular editor is not responding to me anymore and last thing was a family emergency its been 4 months and i do not know what to do but if you could help me cut down a 30-minute gaming clip into a fast 7–8 minute video. I can link you another video so you can see the exact style I'm going for. I can't offer pay, but it's great practice if you're looking for footage to build your portfolio. DM me if you're down! Again sorry for no payment i really am
