Someone who knows how to move a story forward and keep viewers interestedāwhen to cut, what to remove, and when to let a moment breathe. I want everyday moments to feel cinematic and meaningful through thoughtful pacing, music, sound design, and color grading.

The Instagram references provide additional creative direction. This role is primarily for long-form vlogs, so please demonstrate how you sustain a story and hold attention beyond a short reel.
How weāll work
I film my footage and handle the initial rough edit. Youāll help refine the story, tighten the pacing, and elevate the viewing experience. Iād also like to collaborate before filming on story structure, camera angles, and shot selection, with constructive feedback to help me improve.
To apply, send:
- Two or three relevant vlog edits, explaining your role in each.
- A brief explanation of how your work aligns with these references.
- Your editing rates and availability for ongoing collaboration.
Other work is welcome, but please donāt apply without vlog examples that demonstrate the style Iām seeking.
Shortlisted editors will receive the same 45-second clip for a test edit. I want to see your creative judgment: how you shape the pacing, choose music, remove unnecessary footage, and keep the viewer interested.
Iām looking for a long-term creative partnership with someone who can help turn everyday footage into a compelling story.
