Johnathan Taylor
I fully agree with this tweet. We need to make a move before the Rams inevitably send multiple picks at Indy.

The Bengals are traveling to Madrid!
I thought it would be a good idea to set up a megathread for fans coming to the game against the Falcons on Sunday, November 8th, to gather all the key info and provide a single space for people to ask questions, plan meetups, share recommendations, or anything else you might want to do.
I’ll try to keep this updated as more information about events comes out. If you think something is missing, just let me know and I’ll add it. I'm also happy to promote any informal meetups or group activities people want to organize.
I'm not going to discuss what to see in Madrid in general, like restaurant/bar recommendations, etc., in this post since there's plenty of information about that elsewhere. Of course, people are welcome to discuss those topics in the comments.
The Bengals have a page for this game with more details about official events.
I'd also highly recommend checking out the guides written by BengalsUK and La Jungle Hispana, which have tons of useful information.
The game starts at 3:30 PM local time. Gates open 90 minutes early, and I heard it took quite a while for some folks to get through security last year, so I’d suggest arriving pretty early. Be mindful of the bag policy. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for a pregame drink or meal.
The digital ticket guide says tickets will be sent out no later than 72 hours before the game. If you don’t have tickets yet, as of today (October 23rd), there are still a fair number available on the official site. If not, it’s worth checking out reliable resale sites, and remember that prices often drop quite a bit in the last week before game day.
The nearest metro station to the Bernabeu is Santiago Bernabeu (Line 10), but it is currently closed. You can take Metro Line 1 to Estrecho, Metro Line 9 to Concha Espina, Metro Line 10 to Cuzco, or Metro Lines 6, 8, or 10 or light rail to Nuevos Ministerios, all of which are a short walk to the stadium. There are shuttle buses from Cuzco and Nuevos Ministerios to Santiago Bernabeu if you’d rather not walk.
Alternatively, there are lots of nearby bus stops (too many different routes to list), and taxis, Bolt (apparently cheaper than Uber) or Ubers are also an option.
Plaza de Espana is being set up as a hub for NFL fans on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th, from 11 AM to 7 PM. It sounds like there'll be some mini flag football, games, and entertainment, including photo ops with a Bengals-themed Menina.
There will be an official Bengals Party in El Retiro Park near Florida Park from 8 to 11 PM on Friday the 6th.
Ocean Rock Bar is an official Bengals Bar in Madrid and will be offering drink specials from Thursday to Sunday, along with hosting an official fan meetup from 7 to 10 PM on Saturday the 7th, which will feature giveaways. They’re also holding a watch party starting at 1:30 PM on Sunday the 8th for those without tickets, and I believe they’ll show the rest of the NFL Sunday schedule after the game.
Sports Fans Travel have organized a premium tailgate at the Irish Rover near the Bernabeu from 11:30 AM to 3 PM on Sunday the 8th. Tickets are $215 per person (including all food and drink), and Ickey Woods will be there. I can’t say it looks worth the money to me, but maybe it does to you.
If you're looking to catch the later games after we crush the Falcons and don’t want to travel far from the Bernabeu, The Irish Rover is a short walk away and should be showing the games, although it’s likely to be very busy. As mentioned, the Ocean Rock Bar is likely to show them, and a quick Google search brought up Malasana Sports Pub, James Joyce Irish Pub , and Dubliners as alternatives that may show the games. No guarantees that any of those will definitely show the games or are any good.
I plan to go to the Florida Park event on Friday evening, the Ocean Rock Bar event on Saturday evening, and then back to Ocean Rock Bar after the game on Sunday to watch the evening games.
I will buy a beer (or another beverage of your choice) for the first person (that I don’t already know) who can correctly spot me at each of those. You’ll be looking for an English guy wearing either a Burrow, Higgins, or Chad Johnson jersey.
Who are they? Who are they? Who do they think will beat the Bengals?

The Dexter Lawrence trade for a 1st round pick was COMPLETELY out of character for the Bengals. However, the trade has been a resounding success.
Do you think this opens the door for the team to be more aggressive in the future?

Is rumour true? I wonder what would be the price? I'm not sure if I see the Bengals outbidding someone

CINCINNATI — Tee Higgins is used to playing in the shadows of Ja’Marr Chase. After all, that’s why he signed his four-year, $115 million extension with the Bengals in March 2025, sitting right next to his playing partner.
Even on Sunday, when Higgins had six receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown, sparking the dead offense in a 35-13 comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens, the story of the day was Chase’s halftime speech.
To be clear, Higgins does not care about that attention. He doesn’t need the cameras. He’d mostly prefer to avoid them.
But six games into the best season of his career, he’s no longer the star in the shadows. He’s becoming the show.
After Sunday’s showcase, Higgins has 33 receptions for 571 yards and two touchdowns this season. His 95.2 yards per game average ranks fifth in the NFL and is on pace to blow past his previous career high of 77.9.
He’s on pace for 1,617 yards this season. His previous high is 1,091.
Higgins is aware of the stats and season paces. He enjoys chasing them, but he’s keeping them in perspective.
“I think about all that, 1,400, a lot of touchdowns, catching every ball, but sometimes that don’t happen,” Higgins said. “I got a guy next to me that’s going to be a Hall of Famer. I go out there and do what I have to do for the team.”
Lately, that has meant taking the lead. Two of the five biggest yardage games of his career have come this season. So, it’s no wonder that the objective seemed obvious as Joe Burrow unleashed his second-half avalanche on Sunday: Find Tee Higgins.

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR! ITS NFL SEASON! Whether your team is still undefeated (wtf Vikings) or winless (wtf Chargers), what better way to enjoy your football but with a side of more football?
The International Simulation Football League (ISFL) is a free (no pay elements at all), community run sim league where you create your own professional football player and guide their career from pre-draft hopeful to championship contender. Go through real drafts, join teams managed by real users, and fight for a chance to hoist the Ultimus Trophy. The league has been going strong since 2016, and the upcoming offseason is a great time to jump in as part of the next rookie class. A very bare bones way to describe our league is its a cross between an RPG and fantasy football, with a healthy serving of an online community.
What does that actually look like?
You'll start by creating a player on our portal; with 30+ position and archetype combinations available, there's a lot of room to build something that fits your style. Want to be a ball hawk safety? A receiving back? A strong legged kicker? Go for whatever sounds the most fun.
Once your player is created, GMs from our developmental league teams will start scouting you for the DSFL Draft. From there, your player competes in games simulated in Draft Day Sports Pro Football 2021 and streamed on our YouTube channel five nights a week, Monday through Friday, with live commentary on Discord. Each season runs about 6 weeks including playoffs, followed by a 2 week offseason capped off by the DSFL and ISFL drafts.
Over the course of your career, you'll earn skill points by spending about 15-30 minutes a week on optional activities; things like predicting game outcomes, responding to fun prompts, or mocking the first round of the draft. You can also earn league currency through your player's contracts or by creating content like articles, graphics, or podcasts. Use it to upgrade your player or collect trading cards of other ISFL players. The league is completely free; no pay-to-win, no hidden costs, nothing to unlock with real money.
What about the community?
With 22 teams across the developmental and pro leagues, the ISFL is home to an active, welcoming group of people who enjoy getting a bit nerdy about football. You'll form bonds with your teammates, dig into stats and league history on our wiki, play fantasy football with yours and others' players, and have a community to chat with daily. It's as much a hangout as it is a football league.
Ready to check it out?
If you want to dive right in, our Rookie Discord Server is the best place to start. Our Rookie Mentors and active members are always happy to answer questions and help you find your footing. If you'd rather read up first, our Rookie Guide walks you through everything step by step.
We're always looking for fun new people to join the community. Thanks for reading! Feel free to drop any questions below or in our Rookie Discord!

Hey Sunday will be the first game my wife and I will be at. What advice would you share for before the game?
r/bengals • u/Important_Agency07 • 15h ago
Contract year. Final year of his rookie deal.
What do we think of him? His performance this season? His role?
From my perspective he isn’t anything special - good back who gives a pass outlet to Burrow. He isn’t anything special with his run game. His redzone work this season has been unimpressive and Perine been taking over a little on that end.
On the other hand he fits the offense and system - Burrow/Taylor love to throw and been saying that. They aren’t really looking to use Brown as a true RB. He executes his role but isn’t irreplaceable and is often forgotten with Jamar Chase and Higgins.
Just trying to figure how to value him

What do we have to go in the next 4 weeks for you to feel comfortable with where the team is at?
11/01: Home vs Titans
11/08: Madrid vs Falcons
11/15: Home vs Steelers
11/23: @ Commanders
3-1 would be great but realistically I think knowing this teams it’s gonna be 2-2. #WhoDey

Do I think he’s a good tackler… no. However, I want to set the record straight. Dude is a beast in coverage. I don’t think adding another tackling safety to the roster like Derwin James is necessary in the slightest.
I like Battle, and I think we need to lift him up where he needs lifting. Since last year he’s been lighting it up as one of the more ball hawking safety’s in the league. (There’s been some tip drill catches) but he’s a dog in the secondary.
