Unidentified π€·ββοΈ Possible weed growing out of "nothing" pot?
I've got this growing out of a pot that is kind of just a "whatever grows, grows" pot (mostly moss). I assume its some kind of weed, as this photo is from about a month ago and its grown significantly since then, especially in width. But it doesn't seem like most other weeds that I see grow in the area, this is more vertical than usual so I thought I would ask this community.
Located in Victoria, Australia if that helps.

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ Under Apple Trees - Western NC
I found this all over the apple trees at a you pick apple orchard. We go every year, and every year it's there. Kids are now old enough to get in trouble, caught my daughter trying to squish these in her fingers. Luckily she didn't manage to squish it, and we rinsed her fingers off with some potable water they had.
I'm a very mediocre gardener and I presume this is some nightshade. Is this horse nettle? How poisonous is this? If memory serves correctly, the Christmas tree farm we go to (again, you pick) has this growing under some of the trees as well. The kids are generally good, and I dont really think they'd eat it, but it wouldn't surprise me if they try to go squishing them (and then get second hand ingestion).

Identified β Plant with Spikey Seedpods: San Mateo, CA Zone 10A
I had a bunch of these pop up randomly and put a couple in pots. Because the spikey balls looked cool.
Smell: a strong herbal smell mixed with nuttiness.
No idea what it is, help?

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ What's this ground cover?
galleryPlease help. I'm trying to figure out what suddenly started growing in my back yard. I bought a house that had a green yard when I got it in April but it died out when I did not water it. It rained and the temp started going down (here in Los Angeles) and this started growing by complete surprise. If it is not harmful to my dog I would move to maintain it and keep it going. But what is it??

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ Citrus plant
Hello from Paraguay. This citrus plant is very common in here and we just call it lemon or common lemon since it's acid and less prestigious than "limΓ³n real"(Citrus Γ limon); lately I have been curious about what species/cultivar it might be since it doesn't fit any description I've found. The fruit's rind to flesh proportion mirrors Citrus Γ aurantiifolia but the rind turns into an intense orange when ripe. Also, the fruit is usually 5 to 7 cm in diameter and spherical to oblate, looking kind of like a mandarin.
