Builder's report recommendations

Can anyone recommend a builder for a building inspection in Huntly for a first home buyer? No idea who to call or what green/red flags to look for on a builder's website!

I'm looking for a nitpicky inspector who will try find a reason to chicken out on my home ownership dream :') JK, but I would like to go in with my eyes wide open to the realities of the house. I'm on a pretty small single income to be buying a house and don't want to get completely fucked by something that was a problem pre-purchase.

If you've had a good (or bad!) experience with someone can you drop their name please? Not just in the Huntly area but someone local to Hamilton area.

Cheers team :D

Enel inspections. Great appoach, veru friendly and honest. Avoid Method inspections, he bailed out day before agreed date.

Inell inspections. They have done myself and many friends great.

They're super supportive of first home buyers.

Im just not sure they will go as far as Huntley.
