What if a giant antimatter ball half the size of the moon hit the sun?

Would it get destroyed? Would it just get slightly dimmer? Or would something in between happen? And what would happen to the planets?

How does the human body still function without gravity. How foes it digest food if the stomach acid is flying around. Water doesnt have to go down. The brain wobbles around, doesn't that cause any headaches? What about blood traversing the body?

People can die from being upside down for too long. Was wondering about this.
