Prospect students, it has become a rite of passage to endure this coming week in our youth. Our circumstances have taught us to be utilitary, nothing within these walls goes to waste. This goes for its inhabitants as well. We are not a subjective bunch, we do not belittle or dismiss without cause. We begin as equals, and try to exist as one. You all right now are equal, however; this program exists to prove otherwise. It is designed to isolate the extraordinary in order to fulfill a prestigious duty. Each of us harbors a strength surpassing others of our kind, but it is still not enough. Though none of you know any differently, your home is the only comfort left in the world. You will soon learn of the wasteland outside of our small society. As ruinous as it is, it heals with each year. This is what you are being prepared for.  Among you is tomorrow's pioneer; a man or woman tasked with leaving the compound and surviving a year in the real world. There has yet to be one who returns, but some year there will be; and with their knowledge we will be able to emerge as a whole and reclaim what was lost. Come graduation day only a fraction of you will still be in this program. Likely half of you will not make it beyond this week. All that is needed is a brave few who can prove they can conquer the unknown. 

We work on a fine tuned and tight schedule. The days begin early and finish late, time is valuable and will not be wasted. Each day begins with a physical evaluation, the tests of which vary each day. The remaining day focuses on a skill necessary to survive the wild. Naturally as the year progresses, so will the severity of the lessons; this will be the case each year for those who stay on course.

Tuesday: Environments 

Wednesday: Endurance 

Thursday: Psycology 

And Friday: Retrospection 

Weekends are your own. You may elect however to spend them studying further. The professors are available for anyone wishing to repeat that week's lesson. Something worth knowing is that every former pioneer spent their weekends doing exactly that. That concludes the program overview, you will now form a line by row to collect  your uniforms and schedule. School facility is  in attendance if you would like to meet them, if not, you are free to leave. The program begins tomorrow at 0500, tardiness on this day or any succeeding will result in immediate unenrollment. Rest well tonight, you will need it.
