Does anyone know if there’s an official way to receive a Rocky Run 5K transfer? I missed registration and am hoping to find a way to participate. Thanks!

hi looking to transfer my bib over to someone as I had something come up & cannot make the run this year.

Please let me know if interested

This is pretty out-of-season, but I just wanted to get this out of my todo list.

I've been interested in the past about how to pace my Broad Street Run versus my last long run. Granted, I'm not the most regular runner in the world, so maybe take this with a grain of salt.

I'm a mid-to-late 20s guy for all of these, and I did my long run 2 Saturdays before Broad Street Run.

2024

10 min/mile for 8 mile hilly long run, mostly in the Woodlands Park

9:11 min/mile for 10 mile Broad Street Run (bad weather on race day, don't think I would have gone any faster, though)

2025

9:32 min/mile for 10 mile Schuylkill River Trail long run

8:52 min/mile for 10 mile Broad Street Run

2026

9:00 min/mile for 11 mile Schuylkill River Trail long run

8:22 min/mile for 10 mile Broad Street Run

IDK how many people run 10 miles before Broad Street, but I thought it helped me mentally, somewhat. An ice cold take, but the SRT is unmatched for long runs if you live in Center City.

If anyone else wants to collate their data, I would find it interesting.

Hi - running the Philadelphia Marathon for the first time this year! Does anyone know if any places in Philly does a Marathon Medal Monday? like free engravings or giveaways?

Thanks in advance!

So many brands have dropped cool NYC Marathon collections. Has anyone found anything similar for Philly this year? I just grabbed this Rose Endurance hat, but I'm curious what else is out there:

Feels like Philly is such an untapped market..

Anyone willing to transfer a 5k bib they don’t need anymore? I got lucky on the site last week for one and did a transfer here, we just need one more for my group of army friends to complete our team :)

I may have a stress fracture in my foot (pending doc appt today) and might need to sell my ticket. Where should I do this?

If anyone has a bib available please let me know! Trying to hard to get into this race. Thank you! 😅

Hello! I was looking to sign up for the Rocky run 5k, but went on the website to signup the day after it filled up. I’d been asking around for a few weeks so I thought I’d try Reddit. If anyone has a bib for the Rocky run 5k they’d be willing to transfer please let me know!

Goodday everyone

I'm visiting Philly this week untill the 7th, sadly I didnt know about the Rocky run yet.

So I was wondering if anyone would be down to run that routes a week earlier? All paces welcome.

Can be any of the routes of the Rocky Run, whatever you have in mind ;)

Thanks for reading and keep running!

Hello! Last minute decided to try and run the half marathon Nov. 14th. If anyone knows how i can get a bib please let me know! Would love to take it!

I got lucky and caught the Art Museum illuminated by the sunrise before starting the 5k + 10mi Italian Stallion route. I'm taking advantage of these beautiful weather days before the really cold stuff starts to hit Philly.

Hey everyone! Unfortunately, I’m unable to attend the Rocky Run half marathon on November 14th and have two registrations available. Is anyone interested? Please comment below or DM me. Thanks!

Looking for a bib, asking for help!

Any transfers out there for the 10 mile rocky run Bib?

How screwed am I if I didn’t train for Run the Ben? I had an injury in September and am just getting back to running. I’m worried about the incline. I ran four miles today but it was mostly flat South Philly.

I’m not looking to PR, just get through it with a small amount of dignity.

You'll get a refund for your original purchase. Text me if ur interested!

I’ve been watching TikTok’s of the Philly half marathon and everyone’s mentioning the hills. I didn’t think it was bad based on the infographic I saw on the official website but the videos say otherwise?! This is my first race ever and idk why the hills are stressing me out

My hometown is hilly so I’m prepared in a way but I guess I don’t know how to pace myself when I go on the hills? Conversational pace? Idk, I just don’t want to gas myself out 😭🙏🏻

Hi! I am transferring a 5K bib for the rocky run on November 14, transfers happen via the official website. DM if interested!

I’m unable to make it due to other commitments at the time :(

saw barricaded and tons of porta potties on the SRT yesterday, but I wasn’t aware of any runs this weekend

Looking for a 13.1 bib :) please DM me if you can’t make it and want to transfer the bib to me!! You’ll get a refund directly from the website. Thank you!
