Submitting on behalf of my daughter. Hope it doesn't break the rules. She doesn't have a reddit account.
She just turned 6 and doesn’t do much drawing or painting at home, so it was a lovely surprise when her teacher showed us these during a classroom visit. Really proud of her!

I haven’t broken out the tiny brushes in a while… spent an early morning painting tiny polar bears. I think this one’s just about done. 11” oil on linen panel. Commissioned.

I am an artist from Quebec, i explore presence through creativity. For me presence is a physical experience with the here and now, when i'm in my body, i'm authentic to what wants to live, expand, and express itself through me. I'm a body for flow to express, and.. i feel that, the path to self, IS to become less and less in the mind or in what we think is us to embody more what we feel, as it is. What art i make when i'm not trying to control everyting, what needs to be without judgment.. not always easy 😊
"The sweet ease of youth" talk about the way life asks us to be carefree like children with a fresh perspective, where the mind rests in a space of neutrality and curiosity.
