Type of jacket cut

Need help identifying what this style of (leather) jacket is called!

Example 1 (just linking a 2yr old post here):

In the film Lady Vengeance (2005), where the main character wears a long trench coat style, with what look almost like lapels when folded down, but can be folded up for a super-high collar look. I saw that there was a post about this exact jacket years ago, but there was no luck in finding it... This is ideally what I'm looking for, but I can't seem to find anything like it anywhere, except maybe these?:

But these are quite a ways out of my budget, and I still don't even know what the style is called...

The other example is quite different, but shares the very high neck look. I saw it on an Instagram post, but I also can't find anything like this, either.

In short, I am looking for a jacket that has an extremely high neck, that can be undone and folded down, ideally into something that looks like an oversized collar. I'm not even sure what the name of this style is, if it even has one... Any info would be very, very appreciated!!!
