Advise Introducing iPhone duo lite!
iPad mini is just a little bigger than a iPhone duo.
Want to know what dual screen is like?
Turn the iPad mini landscape and do split screen.
Of course it’s not like iPhone duo where it’s foldable and stuff.
But it has wifi calling, nearly same size main screen
Dual or triple screen. That’s why I now call it iPhone duo lite!

From all the overlay comparisons of screen size, the Mini’s screen is actually a lot bigger than the Duo’s, and by a degree that matters.

The bezels make it look way bigger, but in reality the screen real estate isnt that much

I wish the iPad mini could get the multitasking UI of the duo. iOS 26 "split screen" is just way too clunky on a screen this small.

iPhone + iPad mini is much greater screen space than duo and can multitask on 2 devices

I wonder if iPhone duo features will make their way to iPad mini/ipad in terms of multitasking

I've seen those comparisons, but they include the iPad mini's bezel, so the difference isn't that big

yeah if you remove the minis bezels it’s almost the exact same size as the duo

Nah the iPad has a file menu for mouse and keyboard.
The iPhone duo has the multitasking system the iPad mini should have had. It’s really infuriating. We should be able to turn off all the traffic light garbage.
