So i have a 2012 ford fusion SE and i only have the singular key with no buttons to it meaning i have to manually unlock every time, and when i do that there is a countdown on it to start the car and if i don’t start it in a certain time the horn starts going off. i’ve looked into this many times and i have yet to find a solution, just trying to figure out how to get rid of it!

I need help finding the right speaker amp for my ford ford fusion. I have aftermarket Rockford fosgate speakers in the front and rear doors and an aftermarket alpine radio. I recently bought a 10” ct sounds subwoofer along with the ct700 sub amplifier. I’m unsure which speaker amplifier to get an honestly which wiring kit to get as well and I don’t want to have the wrong ones installed. If anyone could give some advice I’d appreciate it!

Hi guys, sorry if the video is a bit loud. My 2017 ford fusion se has been clunking for a bit and today i heard the clunk of my life in the rear. I looked underneath and saw the driver side was angled different and maybe a bit lower? is this normal or something that has to be repaired? I tried looking stuff up but can't put two and two together. I'd appreciate any help a lot 😞

My 2014 1.5L keeps shifting on its own. The dealership quoted me 6K for a new OEM transmission but it drives fine. Never skipping gears or anything. Is it really the transmission and not a computer/shifter issue? I’m at a pretty bad point financially so will probably have to get a used transmission from another shop. It very rarely actually goes into reverse while driving and even when it does it has a safety preventing it.

Is they also quoted me for a new alternator and spark plugs. Both of which are less than a year old.

Next year I’m thinking about going FBO for my 2019 Ford fusion sport does anybody have any recommendations on parts? I should use I was thinking of the steeda intake but that’s about it and also has anybody had any good luck or any brands for the oil pressure gauges?

2015 Ford fusion , 2.0 SE

No problems accelerating or driving in general until I either get to a red light or if it’s stop and go traffic where I’m sitting/barely moving for a while. When it occurs it’s a 3 rough idles every few minutes.

Car turned off when reversing twice (within a 4 month span)

Recent work on the car would just be the typical oil change, spark plugs changed, and purge valve replacement

Only code that pops up is P018C which I plan on taking care of but just in case

Also 220,000 miles

Car would not starting until jump starting. Decide to go to O'Reily's to test the battery. The tester shows engine is running when it is not. He was not able to get a full read on the battery. He asked me to start the car then kill it. Same thing. He said something is running in the background and pulling down the battery. Any suggestions?

I have a 2019 SE Hybrid with 83,500 miles or so on it. I am the second owner and this is my first Hybrid. What kind of brake life should I expect? Last time I had them checked the fronts were 8mm and rear were 9mm, and vehicle mileage was 73,000 or so. On most of my ICE vehicles I would be looking at changing them soon. But, at a wear rate of 2-4mm over 73,000 miles I think I would make it to about 140-150,000 before replacing. Is this right?

Just installed a 9-inch screen in a 2013 ford fusion 1.6l and got everything connected, I had ac and the fan blew fine. I tried moving the temp knob and it got stuck (weirdly tight), forced it a bit heard a loud click and now I can’t change to hot or cold it’s just stuck, the fans still blow and everything else works fine except for the knob, any suggestions? The knob also feels back to normal now aswell.

My 2019 Sel hybrid needed a new cat. So I got secondhand from ebay. And Purchased gaskets from ford.
My question is why the middle bolt hole seems misaligned?
Then I checked ebay for gaskets and all seem to have it too.
Could anyone explain the reason before I attempt to replace it?

Picked up this 2017 MKZ Cluster for my 2019 Fusion for $96 on ebay, copied the IPC from my Fusion and updated the milage that was it. Besides having to cut the tabs it's still the MKZ lens, which doesn't look bad, but you do see spaces on the bottom corners. So far works as it should.

My 2008 Se with an I4 and 188,000 miles has been making this ticking sound when it idles, drives slowly, or after a while in park. Anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it.

Recently replaced 4 inch screen with 8 inch screen. I got the new bezel and climate controls faceplate. I also repinned the wires for the climate controls but now the faceplate is not illuminating. And when I go into forscan, it does not even recognize an FCIM or FCDIM. I now have no climate controls and don’t know what to do

Hello This is my first car and was looking for some help as to why my 2013 Ford Fusion S is making this noise. I just changed the spark plugs and thought it would have stopped and it still continues. I have had no problems until now. whenever I put it in drive it makes this knocking sound any ideas ?

My 2008 Se makes this rattling sound when I'm idling and driving slowly, also when in park after a bit. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Its the I4 engine if that helps. 188,000 miles

2017 Ford Fusion SE 1.5L

This morning I was sitting at a red light waiting to turn, and my idle kept surging, down to almost 500, and the car was trying to die. I also heard a sort of farting noise coming from the back of the car.
Any ideas as to what this could be?

That’s pretty insane. It was in rough shape, but with 500k miles I think that’s fair… I hope my 2018 lasts that long
