I would like to learn more about some African cultures, especially Somali people and other African immigrants to the United States.

I live in Minnesota, where there are a lot of African immigrants. It's really interesting to see the differences and similarities in our cultures and I feel like it would be cool to go more in-depth in learning about the history and complexities in cultures that I'm not familiar with.

Of course I can always try to make friends with the African people in my community- but it's easier to make friends when I already have a frame of reference to draw from.

I'm open to places other than Reddit.

I’ve been creating short videos using Seedance 2.5, and it handles character details and facial expressions really well. That said, it’s still not where I want it to be. I’m continuing to refine every detail to hit my target quality.

Right now I’m learning to build large-scale and multi-character scenes. Does anyone have advice on how I should set camera angles, shot breakdowns and scene layout to make everything look polished?

To be honest it just showed up on my home screen on yt and I'm not sure if the owner of the channel is just making stuff up, but where could I post it to find some internet detectives?

I just posted a situation on Am I the asshole and it was taken down because I mentioned that I had an abuser. Someone reported it and it was taken down for violence. Is there anywhere else I could post my issue? It doesn’t even have to do with him I barely mentioned it.

I just want to see videos of people arguing, or being silly in public or the occasional positive one of strangers having a laugh together, etc.

But ever since Trump became president again, it’s just been video after video of him being a dumbass and other videos of the consequences of his terrible decisions.

I know he said something stupid/ offensive again, I know terrible things are still happening every day. I just want to see small, petty stuff like before.

I'm looking for a subreddit where people share specific places worth visiting around the world, especially ones that I probably wouldn't encounter through ordinary travel planning.

I'm already very familiar with places like Atlas Obscura, and I've been recommended r/travel so many times even though it's not at all what I'm trying to describe.

I have a gigantic personal "bucket list" (for lack of a better term) with 5000+ individual entries. I'm not talking about broad destinations like "Paris," "Japan," or even "the French Alps."

I'm looking for individual places like:

- Significant historical and cultural sites

- Interesting archaeological sites

- Lesser known natural wonders

Again, I've already found things like Atlas Obscura and r/travel, (also, communties that have things like BucketList in the name never seem to have any traffic), so I'm specifically hoping someone knows of a subreddit that is more focused on this particular kind of discovery.
