Every time I try, I get met with no response or it only lasts one conversation and I don't make a friend at all. Any tips?

This might be a weird question, but does anyone know if the height listed on the height slider in character creation includes the sandals? I like to make my characters my height if possible in games, but that sandal looks about an inch and a half tall.

Do you guys include the footwear when you choose your height, or no?

Edit: Thank you for the responses everyone! Seems the physical height of your character won't change no matter what kind of shoes you wear. it might make sense to add an inch or so to account for shoes.

This was my first time drawing Au'Ras, and I think I nailed them! It is for a friend and his girlfriend, but I really wanna draw my own character now!!!

Just finished fighting the boss, and during that final cutscene, after Wuk lamat break the barrier..... is that a custom cutscene for every job??

I was using Reaper and thats the first time I ever seen my WoL actually swinging the weapon. I check other job in Youtube and machinist have different animation too.

I know why they dint have it before, but still I need to say it. It tooks them more than a decade to do that, what a fuckin joke, but good job on the effort.

Show me your set up and why you picked it 😊

Mine is a comfort Dark Knight set up!

Been at it for a couple of hours with a 10-15 minute break in between multiple sets. This feels way more doable to reach 100 clears for the title than the Fall Guys one.

Meet Minii Mihgo, my main alt's (Minaa Mihgo) chibi form. I went to my main's home in LB since Minaa is my retainer there outside so it was the only way to have both pose at the same time. Both Minii and Minaa wear the exact glams and have the same cute little ghost minion too for Halloween. I just wish we could add Miqo'te ears, face stripes and tail to Lalas so she truly is her chibi form in every way :3

Who else has a Lala alt for their main as a chibi form of them?

As the title says. I haven't cleared BA and it's been on my list for a long time. Is this doable low man, or are there still Discord groups that coordinate this every so often?

I'm on Aether- Siren

So I've been trying to decide and MMORPG to get into and settled on this one... several times. But I kinda fall into the loop of playing for an hour, not knowing what I'm doing, killing random things, then stopping. Repeat for a week then stop playing for like 8 months. I like grindy games and stuff so I'm sure I'd enjoy it if I actually know what I'm doing. Anything would be helpful. QoL tips and tricks, beginner progression, how classes actually feel. I'm planning on making a new character and starting over but I'm honestly not even sure how the server/world stuff even works either. Is there a class or something that people recommend? I mostly play solo since my friends aren't super into MMO's if that changes any suggestions.

[Preface: I've received prior authorization from the mods to post this!]

I'm hosting a FFXIV Family Feud night with my FC in the next few months, and I wanted to get some actual survey data from players rather than just making up numbers.

If any of you have a moment, I have a Google form with all the questions I'm planning to use in the game: https://forms.gle/DqUrP42dccZVgjGd6

I'll keep the survey up for a bit until I don't get any new responses, and I'll definitely make a follow-up post with all of the results, for those curious. I'm even recording the entire event with my FC, so I might post that as well!

I've heard in the new expansion SE is going to get rid of the raid party buffs to help eliminate the 2 minute meta. I've also heard that Machinist is pretty disliked in raids due to not having any raid party buffing abilities. Would that mean Machinist would get a soft buff?

I'm asking because I plan on maining Machinist, and I would like to know if this is potentially a good thing for the job.

Just met Visna, i already love that little shite energy. Also this is so much better than the clusterfuck we got in DT. The voice acting is hella crisp, maybe not Halmarut (Idk her accent is throwing me off) but not the worst thing ever. (Its a fish girl, i cant hate that)

The exposition also just much much better. Really put you on the edge. What chu mean you all got heart attack cause you meet the wrong people.

I reallly hope this expansion gonna be good, especially when they just foreshadowing Ysale and Haurchefant. Lets be real here, what are the chances we gonna meet them, or atleast the shard version of them. SE love bringing dead people back, and I know for a fact that Estinian and Blue Alisae isnt there just for fun.

Also more hope from me; lets maintain the number of Scion accompany us max to 2 people. Its probably just DT bad writing, but i honestly despise how useless the scion felt during the entire expansion. Either they be glazing or dumbed down for certain characters to shine. I feels like you can just replace them with anyone and it barely change the story till the later half.

I really really really hope Visna will be a good character. She can be annoying but atleast make her charming and useful and matter to the plot instead of just a tour guide.

There are so many other concerns tbh, but arghhhh i am so excitedddd

I think that's a cute way to end their story story for now. If I find some fun ways of making more pictures, I will post, but for now, in marriage, we say goodbye to the couple Manderville!

Quick glam w the new avalanche skirt from keyboard brawler ❣️

As someone who loves to practice their typing, to get faster, I quite enjoy this game a lot! can't wait to farm it out. :D

I’m a main tank, I’ve beaten an ultimate before but As a DPS (RDM) and I wanna go for a bigger challenge and been told how complicated DSR is I wanna give it a try with my main job (DRK) and besides looking for guides I would genuinely appreciate any sort of advice !!

... and the two? Duties in there.

I just did the Castrum, and I gotta thank the people that kept raising me.

We were a group of 15 people and manages decently, nearly ran out of time once. A good amount of deaths and we couldn't free the prisoners in time, so not a perfect run.

Is the instance synced to how many people there are? Is it a lot more difficult with less people?

A friend said that when he did the second duty (I have not gotten there so no idea what it is) was ridiculously difficult even with a big group (he did it like... two years ago and hasn't played Bozja since).

Is it possible to clear it with a small party?

And just out of curiosity, how long does one of those instances usually last?

I've probably done the fight 100-200 times and this is the first time I've ever seen the whistle drop lmao
