Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice and community feedback on a few turnkey solar proposals for my home in the Netherlands (flat roof setup). I want a solid system that handles grid export limitation well and integrates nicely with an EV charger.
Here is the breakdown of the quotes I've received:
Option 1: 365zon (Growatt String Inverter Package)
System Size: 7.76 kWp (16x Aiko Neostar Pro Gen 3 485 Wp glass-glass panels)
Inverter: Growatt MOD 6KTL3-HU 3-Phase Inverter
EV Charger: Zaptec Go 2 + Zaptec Sense P1 dynamic load balancing
Total Price: €8,624.25 (incl. VAT)
Pros: Highly competitive price-per-watt for Aiko glass-glass panels, no down payment.
Option 2: 365zon (Enphase Microinverter Package)
System Size: ~7.6 kWp
Inverter: Enphase Microinverters (AC-coupled architecture)
EV Charger: Zaptec Go 2
Total Price: €8,704.25 to €10,771.22 (depending on panel count/add-ons)
Pros/Cons: Panel-level optimization and monitoring, but higher cost (€1.42/Wp) and AC coupling is less efficient for future DC battery additions.
Option 3: 360 Duurzaam
Solar Only: ~€6,891.05
Solar + Battery (8.3 kWh): ~€10,622.09
Pros/Cons: Good if adding a physical home battery immediately, but higher upfront cost for full storage integration.
Option 4: Energreen
System Size: 5.0 kW (12 panels)
Inverter: Hybrid-ready inverter
Total Price: €6,697.36 (incl. VAT)
Pros/Cons: Lower entry price, but smaller total system capacity compared to our roof's potential.
Option 5: Zoekomst B.V.
System Size: Premium ~7.5+ kWp
Inverter: SolarEdge SE8K Home Hub (Optimizer-based)
Total Price: €10,506.55 (incl. VAT)
Pros/Cons: Top-tier optimizer technology, but significantly higher price point.
Questions for the Community:
Growatt vs. Sigenergy vs. Enphase: Is it worth paying extra for Enphase microinverters on a flat roof without significant shading, or is a 3-phase string/hybrid inverter (Growatt or Sigenergy) the smarter choice?
Company Experiences: How is the service, communication, and installation quality for 365zon vs Voltisch vs 360 Duurzaam?
Verdict: Which option offers the best price-to-performance balance for long-term ROI in the current Dutch market?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
