My first festival, and honestly, an experience I don’t think I’ll ever fully be able to put into words. Getting to see Deftones, Evanescence, Superheaven, SPEED, Twin Tribes, Slayer, System of a Down, and so many other incredible bands live was genuinely ethereal. There’s something about hearing music that has meant so much to you for years, surrounded by thousands of people who feel the same way, that just hits differently.
I’ll never be 18 at my first festival again. I’ll never get to experience seeing these bands live for the first time again, or feel that same anticipation and excitement of finally being there. I think that’s what makes it so special to me. It’s not just the merch or the pictures I’ll have to look back on, but the memories attached to them and the person I was when I experienced it all for the first time.
I know I’ll go to more festivals, see more bands, and make more memories, but this one will always hold a special place in my heart. I’m just grateful I got to experience something this meaningful at this point in my life. 🖤

It’s part nostalgia, part music history, and part comedy about why this music meant so much to us and why it still does.

Out of the entire discography, we have been given gems upon gems upon treasures, and plenty more. Sometimes we forget about some of the bangers at the bottom. So, Deftones community, let’s hear it. What is Deftones most underrated song.

I recently got Gore on cd, and I absolutely love it. I know there's been a lot of posts saying it's super underrated but I'm not hear to talk about that. I'm hear to talk about just how grate (L)MIRL is. This song is one of my favourite songs and I've listend to deftonse hole discography (including Gore), but when I listend to it on cd this song just stood out to me. Its so beautiful and amazing it's just the best, onistly and I'm learning to appreciate it this album and song every time I fully listen to this album!!!

One has Drive and the other doesnt, both are called Saturday Night Wrist, the one without Drive doesnt appear on their discography, why is there 2 it bothers me because i have some of the songs saved and downloaded on one of the albums and the others saved on the other album.

I visited a friend's ranch yesterday and mistakingly referred to a foal (juvenile horse) as a pony. I was informed that a pony is a different class of horse which is smaller and stockier than standard horses. That got me thinking and I reimagined the artwork for fun.
