Dev/Admin Responded [Android] The "Unfollow comment/post" option does not work, even when enabled. Notifications still appear.

No matter what you do—whether it’s clearing the cache, wiping data, or restarting the app—if you choose not to receive notifications for a comment or post, the notifications continue to appear for the user.

App version: 2026.42.0

Thanks for the report! Can you clarify if this is happening on posts/comments you've authored, or other users content you've chosen to follow?

This happens with comments and posts I’ve authored; I haven’t tested it with comments or posts made by others. Even closing and reopening the app doesn’t stop the notifications from coming in. When I try to mute notifications for a post or comment, the setting remains stuck on "show notifications"—and even when I attempt to select a different option, the notifications, as I mentioned, simply keep arriving.

I am having this same problem, I have turned off reply notifications and alerts I don't know how many times at this point and I still get the prompts...
