[Note, this is not a post about a ban. This appears to be a system bug where my account is in a state where new posts get taken down automatically.]
For most of my time on Reddit, having a new post automatically taken down by Reddit (as opposed to being automatically taken down by auto-moderator for breaking a subreddit rule I didn't know about) was very rare. Now, the last four things I posted just got automatically taken down by Reddit's filters, even though they were all in subs that I've posted in before without a problem.
This seems like a bug in the system, rather than a one-off issue to handle with an appeal. Either you're able to use the site or you're not; if you are, all of your posts should not be getting taken down automatically.
The only other thing that happened recently was that I got a 3-day Reddit suspension for posting this comment:
https://www.reddit.com/r/SeattleWA/comments/1xei4yi/comment/19rlzw9b0xcat/
but that was probably because I was quoting a slur used by someone else (even though I used the censored version). I got that decision overturned and the comment got restored, but now my account is in a state where seemingly everything I post gets instantly taken down (so we'll see about this post!).
I did make one post since then that didn't get taken down:
https://www.reddit.com/r/bugs/comments/1xh2blx/desktop_web_but_also_all_platforms_when_you_get_a/
but maybe that subreddit has different filtering rules, to allow people to post bug reports.
Other than that, here are the last four things I posted, all of which got taken down automatically:
https://www.reddit.com/r/NFCWestMemeWar/comments/1xh9hec/outside_seahawks_chiefs_game/
https://www.reddit.com/r/SeattleWA/comments/1xh9kfh/outside_seahawkschiefs_game/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Seattle/comments/1xhacb6/spotted_from_passenger_seat_above_i405_south_in/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Seattle/comments/1xhae5q/spotted_from_passenger_seat_yesterday_above_405/
[Identical to the previous one, except that the previous one had no body text so I added some body text in case that fixed it.]
Would you agree this looks like a system bug of some kind?
