Have a dire situation where my beloved pet has taken a quick turn for the worse suddenly and the humane decision is to let her go today. My lovely vet isn’t available this afternoon, so we are looking for in home options this evening. Can anyone recommend some places I can call that you had a good personal experience with?

I called Eternity Home Vet but they’re mostly LI based and not available this evening. Also tried mobile vet Glorya Abramov but no answer.

• The Endoscopy Center of Queens in Astoria is listed at $2,250, while Mount Sinai Queens is listed at $6,794.

Most nail salons I’ve tried around here either will just cut my cuticles rather than pushing them back, or, if I ask them to push them back, they end up pushing them up in a way that still leaves them damaged. Can anyone recommend me a spot that defaults to pushing the cuticles back? I’m not looking for anything fancy in terms of the manicure itself. The cuticle treatment is 100% my priority here.

An outlet went bad at my business. I was just going to replace it but I apparently have an open neutral somewhere upstream and that's beyond my capabilities. This is one of these old prewar buildings.

Any recommendations for someone that won't charge an arm and a leg to come fix this?

Passed by this morning at Broadway & 38th St, the lady selling Mexican products outside a deli. Love to support small businesses had to pick up some items. Highly recommend checking her shop out, she mention she opens every day
