Technique Question Saving pumpkin loaf
I recently made some pumpkin items - muffins, mini loafs, and a large loaf. Everything came out awesome but the large one.
Large one was slightly under baked just along the top middle section, it literally just looks like the raw dough :( I had refrigerated it after baking and cooling it on the counter because it had a cream cheese swirl and I poked it a million times with toothpicks and it seemed fine, but alas. It's been in there for like 1 or 2 days now because I've been so distraught
I was wondering if there's anything I could do with it? Like make a bread pudding or something? Dunno the logistics on that.
I'm not sure if I can salvage underbaked loaf in any way but I'd like to ask the experts
Recipe had like 5 cups of flour, 1 large can of pumpkin puree, brown and white sugar, 4 eggs, 4tsps of vanilla, cinnamon nutmeg and cloves, insane amount of oil, baking powder and soda. I dunno man it was a lot but the ones that worked were tasty. I wrote it down in a notebook if anyone really wants it
