Any issues with this combination?

All i know is that BCM is pretty good and reliable and the spec sheet on the PSA doesn't look too bad.

Other options i was looking at were maybe buying an AR10 or the jakl-15, but then i do like an AR-15 more and i just want something that will run reliably.

Anyways, would luv to hear your thoughts.

p.s. PSA is a mixed bag, i know, people hate them or think they're good enough.

I had this AFG carved out when I made my last post but didn't like the first draft. I chopped a bit off and now it fits much better in the hand.

And yes I'll be putting the grip pod on for my wife as she very much likes firing supported. Hence the picatinny adapter out front.

Hey guys I own a Geissele 16in Super Duty. I'm looking to build my next AR with a 10.3 barrel and I'm wanting it to be the best quality possible build spare no expense. It's gonna be a range toy.

My original plan was to just build a complete 10.3 Super Duty from scratch, but I got to wondering if there are some components that could be upgraded. Post your ideas below. The only part I have ordered is the the Geissele stripped lower in DDC.

Took my new super duty to the range and forgot to Lube it before I went, only got a mag or less thru it before I had to take off, noticed when I went to go lube each day there is this brown substance that rubbed off really easy, and I’m just not sure what it is, wondering if it’s rust or if it was just carbon that was caused by me not lubing before I went

And also, what do I need to buy in addition to them to get them to work? I read the Arc Fire comes with a trigger but not the whole fire control group so I guess I'd need a hammer, disconnector, springs, etc?

My first SBR build. 7.5" .300 BLK SBR.

The bcg has stuck out since the day I assembled it. I took it to the range for the first time last week. It fired once. After that it only misfeeds with a double-feed type malfunction.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I see that there were posts in the past here but no solution helps yet. Wondering if the issue could be with this compact buffer system?

Currently got an ARO and HM3X and wanted to upgrade the red dot and still use this magnifier. I've really been wanting the AEMS EVO but I keep seeing people post about very bad emitter reflection . Has this issue been fixed or are they still like that? Does the AEMS pro or even the AEMS core have this reflection issue?

I’ve been told just go buy an Anderson and go cheap cause it’s all made the same. I’ve also looked into Ambi controls like the griffin and Aero. It’s like $100 difference it doesn’t break the budget but if I can save $100 on a lower that could be $100 towards a Can. What do you’ll think?

I have a 5.56 diamond back ar15. I recently got a drop in frt and am having trouble. The first time I shot it, no upgrades or alterations just dropped it in and it blipped 4 then I did it again and it blipped 6 after that it wouldn’t work at all. functioning semi auto but the bullets are being struck on the primer, very shallow. (Photo). I thought it was the buffer weight so I went and bought an h2/spring combo buffer weight that is hollow with weights for dead blow effect. Tonight I was able to shoot again with the new buffer weight and still no luck. So I cleaned it well, i took apart the bcg and cleaned it. It was very dirty so I thought this was my issue then I tried it out, it shot one round, cycled the next and I stopped and cleared it, no primer strike, loaded to try again and had the bullet in the chamber not fire, and locked the bcg forward. Couldn’t get it back so I lifted it and reset the trigger again it didn’t fire and after a couple tries I was able to pull it back. The photo is the jammed bullet, the lightly tapped bullet and a regular one.
Everything is stock except the h2 weight/ spring and I know my bcg is m16 style.
If anyone has any insight I would really appreciate it.

Upon further inspection I think the jammed bullet may have just been bad ammunition but I’m still cycling and not firing based on the shot before clearing and starting over

Hi, basically I’m waiting on my local store to get a stock of several DD ar-15s by next week and I’m not any closer to deciding which model im going to get solely based on me being unsure of which barrel length to go for. This is going to mainly be used under 50yards with 1 or 2 yearly trips to a 300 yard range.
What is making it even harder is that I have an ak102 (12.5inch barrel), which is right down the middle in terms of length. So its not like I have a long rifle and now i can add something short to my collection or vice versa.

Im currently really unsure on whether to get a 16,14.5,11.5 or even a mk18 in 10.3. I know its alot and a very personal choice. But if you had to get 1 ar, knowing that its the only one youre gonna have for the rest of your life what would your choice be? And if you were to get another ar eventually how would you go about it?

I built a spikes tactical lower with a Psa lower parts kit, threw in a h2 buffer and super 42 spring, and now I need an upper. $500 budget for the upper.

Torn between getting a spikes tactical 11.5” fsb upper because I’ve always like the 11.5 commando look, but for the same price I can get a le trade in colt epr 14.5” upper which I would find just as cool.

I’ve decided I’m going to go with a BCM A5 (at probably the worst time with tungsten prices) but I do have a spare tungsten weight already so looking to buy the T1 and add my weight. I haven’t looked into these before but I’m seeing them all hovering around ~$135-140 shipped. Is this the standard price for these and should I maybe wait until Black Friday to purchase?

I already have a castle nut/endplate/spring so I could even just buy the tube and buffer separately but it looks like it comes close to the price of the kit anyway.

I know AFAB is recommended for 14.5" and over and EFAB is for shorter barrels. But if I want the maximum compensation and don't care about flash suppression, which one is the ultimate choice?

I can't use a muzzle break as I want to stay legal in the PCSL Practical division.

I'm planning out a white build with the PSA Sabre in champagne and id like a white grip and stock. I see die free had a grip but its out of stock, as is most of their stuff. I've looked around and have only really come with that.

Is there other companies that make white/white-ish furniture?
