The right foot has heel strike but the left foot just lands flat.

Yup this, it’s supposed to be heel-toe but now it looks more like stomping.

I think really like this. It captures the elegance

The right foot lands flat too because the heel strike sort of misses the floor.

Edit: The right foot also jitters at the back before rising.

Nice! But a little heap turn would make it better

I love it, buuut I would change a little in the legs's movement. The left doesn't swing outwards enough and the right one swings a little too much out/forward? The right leg almost perfect, I would just move the frame a little back when she kicks out the most. And for the left leg, I would add a little kick forward before it reaches the ground.

Still awesome animation btw πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸ‘

Thanks! I noticed that the left foot lands kind of flat, but I wasn't really sure how to fix it. I'll keep working on it.

You’re just missing this pose for the left foot. At no point does the left toe point up, it only ever remains flat. These are the two poses before the foot plant, notice how the left foot is still pointing down before the plant:

Nice drawings!
If I'm being picky-
The hands each have different poses which is unnatural
Knee position/femur length seems to change quite a lot on FG leg
BG leg has a 'hover' frame just before impact the FG leg doesn't have
FG hand stutters as it reaches its furthest back position
No sense of weight as the advancing leg doesn't really 'catch' the body weight. Walking is an ongoing process of almost falling and the forward leg catching weight. Without this the character seems to float, which is sometimes desirable but at the sacrifice of the golden grail of creating animation that has 'weight' which we are always striving for.

I'm no expert so take this with a pinch of salt - it's great that you've got the up and down movement in, but maybe just have a closer look at your legs again. It looks to me like maybe the contact positions aren't consistent, and that the right leg kicks out more while the other one is placed in a more controlled manner. Either option works, but not really both if you want this to be a standard walk cycle. Also the right foot jitters very noticeably when it's picked up off the floor again, but that should be simple enough to fix. I'm also intrigued by the decision to have one hand very floaty and the other more rigid, they're both very nice but again, maybe best to go with one or the other? As others have mentioned, rotation in the hips and chest would really elevate this. Similar to the arms, the chest rotates a small amount in the opposite direction to the hips and legs. Hips rotate back and forth with leg movement, and also up and down as each leg is lifted and weight is shifted over to the leg still making contact with the ground. That was probably a really shit explanation but hopefully you get the idea.. Maybe go back to your key poses (contact, down, passing, up, contact) and make sure the poses are strong and they're consistent across both legs, and add in some rotation (keep it subtle). Looks really good so far!
