Is this a post-covid thing? I always try to bring some energy and good vibes and present work with enthusiasm, and so often it feels like everyone is a stranger to one another in the rooms. I know everything sucks but doesn't not being able to joke around or be familial make it worse? Very weird vibes these days. It makes me miss how things were.

Does anyone know what’s going on with this? My empower account has been emptied out, fidelity doesn’t see anything, and there’s been a complete lack of communication coming from Omnicom regarding what’s happening. Account consolidation was supposed to be done months ago, and now we’re days away from the one year anniversary of this dumpster fire, and it’s still not done. What an embarrassing shit show.

How enforced is the 4 day a week in-office? My potential manager would be remote, so I'm like, is there additional flexibility there? I did ask about that during my interviews (most people who were remote lol), and was told there was flexibility, but wanted some actual insight from folks there how it goes.

Recruiter also mentioned something like, Fridays count as 2 days in office? Is that true?

Any other insights in general from folks there? How are we feeling about stability?

I came to know that Publicis London has a salary range for every role. Is this true or does it depend on the project/client/agency? The Glassdoor salary range is pretty wide.

Is anyone else in healthcare or digital marketing in the UK constantly baffled by how telehealth brands like MedExpress, Voy, Bolt, etc., are running literal Google Shopping ads for prescription weight loss treatments? They even use terms such as “pills” etc.

How are their Google Merchant Center accounts not getting immediately suspended? Are they just taking the hit on disapproved ads/account bans and spinning up new GMC accounts continuously, or is Google’s automated review for Shopping feeds just ridiculously broken when companies obfuscate the drug name on the title?

Would love to hear from anyone managing PPC/Google Ads in the health/pharma space how are they bypassing Merchant Center policies, and why hasn't Google cracked down harder on these feeds?
