Ik this is a long shot rn bc ill only start the next line in like 3-4months but i was thinking about which line to do then.

I finished the JgE100 line and hat OK fun with it. Im working on Strv 103b and M48 Patton rn.

I looked at my options and mainly thought of Foch B, T110E3 or Badger line.

Towards Foch B line i would like to know if there are good other Tank lines were you can learn the autoloader mechanic.

I ask for line not purely for the Tier X

both missions for StuG IV, primary conditions are the exact same thing

4k damage while over 35 km/h or destroy 6 moving enemies.

So, not sure how to start this, but I recently decided to switch clans. I was previously in a clan that basically ran boosters in the "rush hours" and that's that regarding activity. So, I decided to look for a German clan.

I came up basically empty handed, not because of me being too bad for them, but because of politics (which is to me the dumbest reason of them all). I'm very much on the political left and I don't try to hide it. I'm not trying to convert anyone or agressively get political at any and all opportunities that present themselves - quite the contrary. I usually keep my thoughts on political matters to myself unless I'm asked about it or the other party gets political first and tries to start an argument. Thing is, the clans I've had some calls with usually were pretty political (and right wing political, that is) and most of the time it would result in "friction" or teasing towards me.

Listen mates, I just want to have fun gaming whilst being left alone about my political views. I really don't need to be agreed with, I just want it not to be a problem. I'm just a regular dude, wanting to improve at the game and do that whilst gaming with some others online - maybe try out some clan stuff or something.

I know that CC clans exist and I might go and join one of those, but I wanted to give other clans that I haven't taken into consideration yet just as much of a chance as those. I also have a friend who came back after a like 10yr break and is still basically "learning the game" from the ground up. He - quite unsurprisingly - has positively terrible stats (like 620 recent WN8). I really would like him to be able to join too, but I also accept if that's just not a possibility for you because of space or performance being an issue.

Im sick and Tired of this Game. I just want to have the same experience as anybody else on this Subreddit. Is it too much to ask for to loose as often as other people here ? Do you guys think i can fix this by just platooning up with the most tomatoish random i can find ?

What tech tree is more worth to open and research, FV4005 or Badger? I'm currently stuck at AT 2 and dunno what to choose between Achilles or AT 8.

We visited the tank museum yesterday in Dorset (UK) and my son and I played the game for the first time and loved it. Looking into getting into it when we are back home but had a couple of questions:

1. Is it fairly easy to get into as a newbie? My understanding is the museum have a special arrangement where loads of late game stuff is unlocked so just wondered how punishing it will be?

2. Is it an appropriate-ish game for an 8-year old? My eldest loved it and asked to play again but wasn't sure. Assuming there are ways to turn off voice / chat functions I wouldn't be too fussed but would be good to get a general consensus?

The first time I played it back in May, I thought it was shit: trash mobility, very long reload, meh gun handling. But given that it has quite nice alpha and gun depression, I did not sell it after reaching ~70% when the grind to Borsig is done.

When later I picked it up again in Sep (AFTER i have marked the "fun" Borsig), it suddenly clicks for me - by running turbo+rotation to compensate a bit of the gun handling and mobility, and optics that gets its viewrange to a very nice level. For field mods I did 1, 2, 2, pretty standard stuff. I was honestly enjoying marking it. And luckily it became my first <100 games mark :)

First session playing Sheridan after buffs. I can't lose.

I'm old and was thinking about my best rounds ever in all of gaming and I got 10 kills in a WOT match once. It's ridiculously hard and unlikely. Not only do you have to crush it but if the other 14 guys on your team get more than 5 combined kills it's not happening. I got a Pool's Medal.

So, I got my first ever tier 8, the Ferdinand, no idea if this is a good rank line to go down first but, the game was on mountain pass. At that moment I still had that tier 6 gun for the Ferdinand. Anyway the game progresses and it’s only four of us vs 11 on mountain pass, we were the top capture point. Most of the enemies and allies were dead scattered all over the capture point. So I just assume we were gonna lose. But by some miracle my Ferdinand super structure managed to hold up against half a dozen of them firing at me at once, granted I had no weak spots visible. We eventually thinned the horde while I took most of the brute force. Eventually dealing 3.8k damage that game with 5 kills. That’s very good considering it only does 200 damage right?

It just clicks with me...

Imagine a Vz. 55 with rear turret and a double barrel instead of 2.5 intraclip or a Jagpz that has this kind of speed and a whole turret!

Yes it sidescrapes worse than tigermaus but i'll take that movement speed over that kind of armour any time of the day.

It is a good tank, don't miss it if u are f2p! Learn to shoot doubles preemptively from a sidescraping position while being unseen, entirely, initially. Strong entry (first double) is key, good luck!
