We got potatoes, white sweet potatoes, radishes, turnips, parsnips, carrots, onion, evercrisp apples tossed roasted with thyme and rosemary mixed with rice—piled on top of an acorn squash half.

The stuff looking like slime is Mồng Tơi spinach stems, half a lemon, ACV, olive oil, Thai basil, cilantro, mint, and serano peppers.

It’s so filling and tangy! Proud to say majority of ingredients were locally sourced.

I need to do like, a toasted nut topping, bread crumbs or something. Maybe just some chopped cilantro stems.

Moong Dal Tadka, restaurant-style is a comforting, flavorful Indian dish made with yellow lentils, aromatic spices and a smoky tempering.

To celebrate 14 years since I went vegan, I've gone to Gigi's Pizzeria in Newtown, Sydney. Pretty good pizza with thin sliced roasted potatoes, roasted kipfler potatoes, garlic, rosemary, black truffle pate, extra virgin olive oil.

I think my only complaint is that it's too much for one person, in my opinion 😅

I made the fat sushi with avocado on top, then the regular cucumber maki roll, and tried replacing fish with fried tofu. worked really well!

I hate that these taste so good!
They have 10 grams of fat, low saturated fat (1.5) but still. They are not the best of foods. Great for a binge or to put out with appetizers. I make most everything from scratch so it is nice to have some food I can just air fry.

Tasty though. I will be keeping some in the freezer. 😉

I cannot believe how yummy these cheeses are.

Cheeses are from rebel cheese, pepperoni are from plant based field roast.
