TRT help Cialis pricing too high?
The clinic I've been going to wants to charge me $600 for a years worth of generic Cialis. That's crazy high, right?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and hear your thoughts.
Is it normal to rarely have morning erections? Mine are almost nonexistent.
I’ve done a couple of testosterone cycles, one at 300 mg and another at 250 mg, but even while on cycle, I rarely noticed morning erections. Has anyone else experienced this?

40 year old male, started about 8 months ago ok 12.5mg EOD. I’ve been on that dose the entire time. I take .5mg AI maybe once every 3 weeks (whenever I start feeling effects of too much E).
Here are my labs- why is everything dropping? I definitely felt much better a few months ago. The first test is my baseline before starting anything.

I am currently taking 140 mg of propionate per week, administered via daily injections. My E2 level was 87, while my testosterone was at 1300; I had a good libido, but my erections were not satisfactory. I wanted to lower my E2 to 60—my "sweet spot"—but I think I miscalculated the dosage and dropped it too low. I am currently waiting for my lab results. In a situation like this, is it better to increase the testosterone dose to bring E2 back up, or should I add something like HCG? I am using Aromasin.

Hi
I’m about to start taking Proviron, and I have 160 pills, 25 mg each pill.
I’m struggling to decide whether to take 25 mg twice daily or to split a 25 mg dose into 12.5 mg twice daily. So 25 mg or 50 mg each day.
Does anyone have any tips or personal experience with this?

Hi All,
I’ve been on trt for around 8 years at about 100 mg per week and am still in my early 30s.
I think it’s time that I started a PCT protocol, but I appreciate after this amount of time I may be shut down quite hard. I will be consulting a doctor but I would like everyone’s advice and to hear about their own experiences of how you would manage this recovery.
I would also like to restore my fertility. I understand using hcg prior to the pct is a must. Would love to hear about people’s personal experiences in detail? What mistakes were made? Dosages of nolva or clomid etc
Thanks all,
Reddit user :)

So I just got bloodwork back and had a few questions. My test dose has been about 300mg a week for about a month and before that was about 190mg a week. My level this bloodwork came back as above 2018ng/ml which I guess is the cutoff they don’t go above so I’m not sure how far above that I’m at. My E2 level is 145.8 pg/ml, way above range. I’m not having any estrogen effects at all but I’m very scared to get them. My test levels being so high is also effecting my HDL which is at 30mg/dl and my APOA1 which is at 76mg/dl. I feel great though and almost super human. Surprisingly my sexual function at such a high e2 is still better than it’s ever been. I’m thinking I’m going to cut my test dose back down to where it was before and check again in a few months. Is that my best course of action? Or what should I do in this situation?

Month into trt, Haematocrit is at 58%, going to pause it for the time being and let it settle back down. Is trt just not for me? Too high a dose? Any recommendations? I started TRT as my baseline levels were low, around 9nmol. Thanks

Possibly a dumb question, but I’m looking for honest experiences from people who started TRT in a gray area.
Were you over 50, active, in good shape, and working out regularly—with total testosterone that wasn’t clinically low—but low or borderline free T, high SHBG, or numbers that didn’t seem ideal?
In my experience, getting a prescription from a TRT clinic isn’t hard. The harder question is whether starting is actually worth it. Did you move forward with a lower starting dose—say, under 200 mg a week—mainly to see firsthand whether you’d feel better?
I went with an online, physician-led TRT clinic. I actually have the testosterone sitting in front of me now, but I haven’t started. Before I do, I’m interested in how this played out for others.
I’m 51, very active, and in pretty good shape. My total T is fine, but my free T is consistently low or toward the bottom of the range, and my SHBG is high.
The hard part is that I’m honestly not sure about symptoms. Is my libido lower than it was in my 20s and 30s? Sure, somewhat. But I don’t have obvious fatigue, brain fog, or anything else I can clearly point to. Maybe changes have crept in slowly enough that I’ve gotten used to them. Or maybe I’m looking for improvement where there isn’t much to fix.
My labs don’t scream that I have a definitive problem, and neither do my symptoms. But the pull to feel better and be “optimized” is powerful, and I’m trying to be honest with myself about that.
If this sounds like your starting point:
• Did TRT make a meaningful difference? In what way?
• What downsides or unexpected issues did you have?
• Are you still on it, and was it worth it?
• If you stopped, how rough was it, and how long before you felt back to your usual self?
I’d appreciate the good, bad, and “wasn’t worth it” experiences—especially from people whose starting point looked like mine.

I have a question for those who use testosterone without HCG: do the testicles shrink so significantly that it becomes clearly noticeable? Also, does the volume of ejaculate become extremely small, or does it remain within a reasonable and acceptable range?

I'm 44, currently on TRT taking 200mg/week of testosterone cypionate. I lift consistently and am looking to increase muscle mass and improve my physique.
I'm considering a few options and would appreciate hearing from people who have actual experience with them:
Stay at 200mg/week and focus on optimizing training, diet, and recovery.
Increase testosterone to 250–300mg/week (or potentially higher).
Stay at 200mg testosterone and add HGH. I've been considering 4–6 IU, five days per week, with 6 IU on lifting days.
I'm particularly interested in whether HGH provides a meaningful advantage for actual muscle growth compared with increasing testosterone, especially considering the cost, side effects, and long-term health implications.
For those who've tried both approaches:
What differences did you notice in actual muscle growth, strength, recovery, and body composition?
Was HGH worth the additional expense and potential risks?
Did increasing testosterone above TRT levels produce noticeably better results?
What side effects or bloodwork changes did you experience?
Looking back, would you do anything differently?
I'm not looking to make changes blindly. I want to understand the tradeoffs and what bloodwork or health markers I should review with my prescriber before considering anything.
Appreciate any firsthand experiences or evidence-based advice.

This is from one of those Facebook adverts. I paid £27.50 for the test, and had to prick my fingers and fill a little capsule.
They now want me to pay for a full blood test.
Could this explain my zero libido, tiredness, low motivation, migraines, etc?

I had low levels of test, TestoVL 199pmol/l and Testo 11,7nmol/l. I'm 34 Years old
Started three weeks ago Testavan 20mg and I take it roughly 300mg/week.
I went to body composition analysis before I started the trt and now after three weeks of usage. Below are the results.
Body fat went from 16,3% to 14,8%
Muscle gained: 1,5kg
Fat loss: 1,3kg
I feel way better overall and I will be going to get my bloodwork tested in December.

This test thinks my biological age is 10 years younger than I am based on the 50 markers it checked in my blood work but my Testosterone levels seem to be on the low side. Is it time to be on TRT?

How long does it typically take for changes in HCT and hemoglobin to occur after starting TRT? I assume within a few months considering when most clinics want to test after starting.
Dose range of 100-200mg/week.
I realize there are a lot of factors that come into play. I’m just trying to get an idea on how quickly the body may respond to exogenous T when starting at around 300-400ng/dl natural levels.

Just got blood tests again after the 9 weeks and my results are exactly the same, can someone steer me in the right direction, can definitely see a change in physique but I’m not sure. Have I been sold shit stuff?

Hi Guys, Just after opinions and advice on my current situation.
38 M, been to GP as suspected low test, been feeling run down, low energy and mood, loss of sex drive ect.. had bloods done and results back as Testosterone - 9.3 nmol/L and SHBG as 17 nmol/L . The GP has said all levels are Normal - no action required? is this standard practice with NHS? do these results seem low or ok?
Appreciate any help here and where to take it

Hello everyone,
I’m a 32 year old male who is currently on TRT injections because my levels were in the low 200’s. My current blood markers are SHGB: 11.4, free testosterone 256, total testosterone is 846, and I estradiol is 21.5. My SHGB is pretty low, and free testosterone is high, but is it a negative thing? Can I optimize this in some way? I’d like to be pushing more of the 1,000 mark on total testosterone, but I’m still pretty new to this and don’t know what I need to do to be successful. I’m very active in the gym and live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

And it says use immediately upon reconstitution. If I buy bacteriostatic water can I use that for reconstitution instead and use it eod for a month? Or is there probably something different about the actual hcg as well

Anyone in Canada find a good place to order Labs? The doctor doesn’t give me exactly what I need, it’s annoying

Hey folks,
Just got lab results. I (32M) wanted to ask if someone here with a similar situation has been able to significantly improve testosterone levels with just lifestyle changes, or if TRT or other treatment is necessary. The specs:
Free testosterone: 140 pmol/l
Total testosterone: 7,3 nmol/l (tested month ago 8,5 nmol/l, 9 years ago 8,9 nmol/l)
SHBG: 18 nmol/l
LH: 2,0 IU/l
Prolactin: 170 mU/l
Currently I'm sitting at 28,3 BMI. Trying to lose weight to get to <25 BMI.
